Never in my 35 years of living have I ever experienced such amazing service. Particularly, a wonderful red haired woman named Marina provided excellent, dare I say, superb service. Alongside the woman was another woman with dyed hair named Jahaira. She too made the T-mobile experiences a wonderous one. 5 stars.

If you are over 60 or don’t speak English well do not go to this location. They took advantage of my older mother and switched her out of a phone plan for $20/month more knowing that the previous plan “is retired”. They also took $140 from her and immediately said we can’t refund sorry. When I got involved they said “sorry your old plan is no longer available so we can’t revert your stuck with this “nicer better plan that happens to cost $20/month more”. Now we are stuck on a more expensive plan with extras we don’t use. And out $140.

Jahaira P. from T-Mobile at the Bayside store (215-45 Northern Blvd, Bayside, NY 11361) showcased extensive knowledge regarding various plans and effectively guided us to the most suitable option without pressuring us into unnecessary add-ons, enhancing our overall experience. Her proficiency extended to competitor plans, notably Verizon, as she patiently assisted us in seamlessly transitioning from our existing Verizon plan without requiring us to contact them directly. Jahaira offered thorough explanations of both plans, namely 5G Next and 5G Plus.Our visit to the T-Mobile store coincided with New Year's Eve, a particularly busy day due to year-end promotions. Despite the increased customers, Jahaira remained engaged with us while efficiently assisting other customers. She skillfully processed any necessary credits during the transition, contributing to a smoother overall experience. I highly recommend this specific T-Mobile store, and specifically Jahaira, to anyone considering T-Mobile services.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience and it was all thanks to Blanca. She sat with us for more than two hours to make sure we understood and were happy with the decisions that we were making. We left with what we wanted and no issues! Getting phones are usually stressful and annoying but Blanca went above and beyond. I can’t thank her enough she was amazing.

The absolute WORST experience I've ever had at any retail store across various different network providers. Highly recommend folks to stay far, far away from this place.Had to wait an hour and got the snarkiest response when I asked whether or not I had to join a waitlist. After an hour of waiting for a simple phone upgrade, I was denied service by the rep as well as one of the managers.At this point I contacted T-Mobile Customer Care over the phone which was another half hour hold (the phone rep had great customer service though). I explained what I was trying to do to the phone rep and he saw no reason they couldn't help me in store. He asked to speak with in-store staff to clear up any potential confusion but they all refused to help me further.There was absolutely no accountability and even the phone rep was shocked hearing how the in-store reps were behaving (over speaker phone). He asked for the store information and filed a case with corporate to look into the abysmal service provided at this location.It's a shame because the location is convenient to a lot of folks, but the entire staff needs to be retrained or replaced...

Place was very busy but the staff is very helpful. Unfortunately they have their hands tied behind their back as they do not have a direct line to the company, they have to wait on hold like every other customer which sucks!!

I went to this store past Monday after having some bad experience at another location (195 St & Northern Blvd) where the representative didn’t bother to check whether my Mother’s phone was eligible for trade-in (she said her phone wasn’t eligible). Fred at this location went above and beyond to help us upgrade my Mother’s phone (with the trade-in value that she deserved as stated in the Cyber Monday deal) and took extra time to patiently set up and transfer her favorite app.I would strongly recommend this store and Fred.

I had an excellent experience today . Blanca went above and beyond to make sure my Home internet service was set up quickly . She was so fun and upbeat . Definitely going to switch to TMobile

I went around to several other T mobile locations in Queens to connect the BMW e Sim, and in the end, the excellent skills of Mr.Hailun here were very kind and helped me out, and eventually the e Sim was connected. The staff here are friendly and seem to have the best skills. I strongly recommend it.

Switched out family's phones to this new network. They did not copy numbers right. My message inbox has no names on many messages - plus less contacts in phonebook. Using the phone for work makes this an even bigger problem. Plus they took our family for a ride, citing promotions expiring and then reappearing when we almost walked. 10/10 would not do again.
