After I checked the prices on the Star Toyota website and talked to Emdadul Hague (the sales rep) he told me to come to Star Toyota in 205-11 Northern Blvd, Queens, NY 11361, I decided to go there. I made a deal with Emdadul Hague (the sales manager I guess) to buy the Rav 4 Limited Hybrid the same day I put down the $500 and did all the paperwork. They even called Geico Insurance for me and insured our car on thursday June 1st After they pulled our credit hard, finance manager Ray Berrios (the rudest guy who thinks he has the privilege of spitting a lie) offered me to finance the car for 9.2% APR and sure enough the price can't be beat; However, when I later told him that I was offered a 4.5% APR by my credit union this guy got mad and started yelling. However, after some thought I agreed to pay the 9.2% APR and informed Sean (Sales Manager) that I wanted to pay and pick up the car on the Monday. But I found out that this arrogant arrogant guy, I guess he didn't like us. Shawn Emdadul Hague said that Ray Berrios had advised him that the car which he could not confirm. In a slightly agitated voice, I admit that they wasted two days of my life for which Ray Berrios threatened to call the police and leave his store immediately. I will not take this lightly and will definitely sue as they took my deposit, made me do all the paperwork, pulled my credit hard and forced me to insure the car with an insurance company. What I don't understand is how a professional person like Ray Berrios and Shawn Emdadul Haque can represent the biggest car companies. This is a shame!!! I want justice and humbled request i can get my deposite back pls. I hope Toyota Bigest Company looking this matter

This dealership is Soo rude!! The first person communicating with me was supposed to help me with pricing and looking into a car. While he was off. I was forward to a person name Chris!! He was really rude! Didn’t completely listen to what I was telling him and explaining my previous convo. He will ask me questions quickly tell me it’s not happening. Honestly! I don’t understand the people they’re hiring. If they want customers to come in and buy the car. They should hire sale rep that know how to speak! They really need to work on the people they hire! He had no back up information ask me if I’m putting down for the car or not. That’s not how it works. I wouldnt work with that guy if you’re looking to buy a car! This dealership really needs to step up their game!

Beware of trap of the salesman named Hoque/Shaun , He convinced me to lease Rav4 prime SE providing some wrong information because it's my first time car lease. Now I am happy that I stopped my couple of friends visiting the place just bcz of that guy. And will continue to do so.

My Lease was up with my Jeep and I was looking to finance a car so I decided to come here . I spoke to Gilbert who talks too much and promises you a dream I expressed how we needed a car asap . He promised to get back to us and never mentioned he was going on vacation . How unprofessional, we decided to go with Chevy at East Hills Chevrolet of Freeport . What an amazing customer , professional and I came out with a car that's right for me. If you are looking for a Toyota do not cone here or deal with Gilbert .

It cost a lot more than the streets, but the repair is professionally done by Toyota dealer. All parts are genuine, it fits your car better. Maybe you will have more parts and labor than you actually need on your vehicle. But the parts and labor will be cover for 1 yr. People in the streets maybe cheaper, but the risk is higher. You have to be really lucky to find a honest mechanic shop who knows what they are doing in these days. The decision is yours.

I have been going to Yang since 2001 when we purchased a Toyota Camry. My entire family has been going to Yang for Toyotas, Camry, Corolla, Sienna and Rav4. All great cars and all still running strong within our family. Recently Yang was able to get me a Corolla GR circuit which I am thrilled to own. He didn’t take advantage of me with any markups or add ons. Just fair honest pricing and timeframe. Thank you Yang!

I didn't appreciate the technician smoking in my vehicle in addition to searching my vehicle looking in my glove compartment, seat cubby, and back seat, in addition to opening my trunk, when my car was supposed to be only there for an oil change all this was very visible in my very visible cabin camera. I didn't appreciate the receptionist's derogatory remarks towards Asian customers, taking her frustrations out on customers and staff because the AC not working, and the bathroom was not in service when I alerted a team member just to be told oh use the men's bathroom I found to be dismissive.

We have a problem about this car seller named SEAN who is a Bangladeshi man. We bought a car last Dec 2023, a used certified Toyota, but there is a problem with the broken emblem on the front and he said he will replace it with a new one, but so far nothing has happened. 6 months still nothing. When you call, they don't answer. Don't make a deal with that guy, maybe the Asian sellers are better. NEVER NEVER MAKE A DEAL WITH THIS GUY … SEAN is the name.

At beginning looks ok the sales person take the order the sales person offer in 3 months will arrive but the vehicle the car never come when coming after 10 months should different car and when I start to go to next step with the financial department the number doesn't match with the sales person exposed and increased the price and I dicide to Don't finish the purchase,....

These guys are great. Nick the manager was awesome. I have bought a lot of cars and this was by far my best experience with a dealership. Phenomenal customer service. Sean my sales person was excellent. And Eric was great too. I will continue to buy and lease vehicles from them for certain.
