I am so saddened by the way one of your managers treated us. I was using the self checkout and was having an issue because the machines was frozen so she told me to go to another self checkout and the same thing happened so she took me. I said that those machines never aid work and that I had to wait for like 20 minutes for someone to come over and help us. Then she said that they are short staffed why don’t I apply there. She also told another customer that they are complaining too much I’m truly sad because we have going to that location since it was a genovese pharmacy and then an eckerd pharmacy then rite aid. These employees don’t care to give a good customer service

I called to see if they had castor oil and they said no , but I didn’t care and still decided to check for my self and they had it . “GREAT” customer service guys. Hire people who will give correct answers

My kid was prescribed an antibiotic that requires reconstitution.1. As per NYS pharmacy law, this should be done by the pharmacist, but instead performed by an unlicensed personal2. Bottle is not reconstituted completely. I found significant undissolved powder at the bottom of the bottle.3. Medication bottle has no label on it. That means no instruction on how to take the med.4. Upon questioning the pharmacist, she said label is on the box. They then retrieve the box somewhere in the pharmacy. NYS pharmacy law stipulates label to go to immediate container, not the box.5. I don't feel comfortable at all with these unprofessional behaviors and request the pharmacist to give me a new bottle of medication. Without hesitation, she said this is the last bottle (not even bother checking in the back). When asked about possibly getting the med from another store, she simply dismissed my request6. I had no choice but leave with a deep concern on my child's med because he has an active infection going on7 I understand pharmacist is busy. However, i do not believe my child deserves potential tampered medication by unprofessional pharmacy behavior8 Last but not least, I was not counseled or being offered to counsel by the pharmacist, again, as required by NYS law

I just do not understand . Does someone working at this store just arbitrarily decide to CHANGE THE CLOSING TIME on a daily basis?Staying in the store with the lights on and not punching out until closing time while the door is locked is not keeping with the posted OPEN FOR BUSINESS HOURS .Am I suddenly living in a THIRD WORLD country .You're either cheating the person who pays you or the customer is being lied to..GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE !

With a lot of Rite Aid stores closing down, this is one of the few that are still open 24 hours. They have a parking lot too so its pretty convenient if you drive. I had to pick up something at night when all other stores were closed. There was only one person at the cashier, but luckily there weren't many customers so the line moved quickly.

They lost our photos. I left my number twice for the person in charge of photos to call me and still haven't heard anything. If you value your photos and your memories, don't trust them with that.

Store is kept in good shape but there’s a few bad employees. One person at the register decided randomly to “scold” me on how to carry my groceries out while she helped another customer. She was so loud that it was drawing attention from people in the store. It was so rude, embarrassing and uncalled for - I was just going about my day.. and I carried out my groceries just fine.

Super rude older Eastern European woman by the name of Irene berates me for not moving fast enough at checkout. She hails me down, she ignores my bubbly greeting. When asked to restart a transaction, she snarks and states that she needs to clock out and that I was wasting her time. She called on management with an attitude, making me look like the problem. The manager that attended had enough integrity to tell me that it was a technical issue and had enough courtesy to not continue the transaction without getting cash back. The manager was super pleasant and they were able to fix the issue, no attitude. I told management about Irene, and as I was speaking on the issue, the manager hugged Irene in disbelief. Well, I am here to say it did happen and that women was very nasty from the first encounter. There needs to be accountability for Irene’s nasty behavior. Respect should have been a motivator for Irene to show common courtesy, if not that, job security in a time like this should be.
