It was a painless process and staff was friendly. I recommend making an appt before going in if you don’t want to wait. Only thing is that finding street parking is a little bit tricky around this street

I had an appointment and when I got there it said I didn’t make one but it wasn’t too long of a wait so I was comfortable with the appointment and it went through smoothly.
