This is great store to shop for appliance even headphones. I been shopping in this store for a long time. The staff are always helpfull. I seen sales people work in this place for years which is great. Today I had issue with my Bose head phones. Since I had it for not even a month they were able to exchange it. They did not give any problems or fuss about it. Thank you!

Have been buying appliances from their Bayside store for the past 30 years . I needed appliance washer, dryer or dishwasher ASAP my salesman is Louis along with the manager Joe Maronne, was able to expedite and have the next day delivery . Can go wrong with P.C. Richard & Son
