I have been buying from this store since it's inception... The friendly staff is knowledgeable about the merchandise and high end dog food. Miriam the groomer is wonderful, she treats my corgi with love and the cost is comparable . I needed a leash and harness for my Corgi who is difficult to fit. Sean ( the owner) immediately assisted me and presented a set that fit perfectly. So if you aren't happy with the prices I suggest that you try PetCo. Renting a store in BayTerrace is extremely expensive probably equivalent to Manhattan rates. I don't mind paying a little more for the customer service and quality merchandise. Thanks Sean! Excellent Puppy place! It’s the best placeFor pets it has everything; outwear boutique style , food , treats etc. My favorite is Sebastian excellent customer service all 10s . Local gem. Staff is friendly and has good rapport with customers and their pets; makes customers feel like family. Additionally, they are knowledgeable about their pet products and are always ready to answer any questions or concerns regarding care, diet, and exercise. Highly recommend this small business for any and all pet needs.

This place is the best pet place I’ve gone to. All the workers are friendly and helpful. My pup Meli loves being in here. They have so many options for her as well! The manger Sebastian is always super helpful.

Have been coming here for years! Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff. All of their food products are top of the line and natural. They will also order anything you ask for even if they do not stock it, as a courtesy. Beats going to a chain pet store where you can't get help.

Great place to visit, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly . They all know about the best treats, foods and toys for your animal . The day time supervisor/manager is loved by all pets that visit the store . Modern pet is the place to go to for you pet needs. I’ve been coming here for 3 years straight now never a disappointed. If an item isn’t in’s rock they’ll order it and either text or call you to notify you that it’s there and they’ll even hold it for you. Now that’s service !!
