This bank has really nice tellers and staff who are very helpful. I went to another branch and was basically treated like a criminal. By contrast the employees here are professional and knowledgeable.

Where do I begin...After 20 minutes the manager (Magdaleine) realized her number lock was off and that is why she couldnt get into her computer to send a wire for my business.Once she was in the system to send a wire, she entered all of the info I gave her however the routing # did not work. She asked me to ask the recipient for a different routing # to use so I did. I had to ask for 5 different possible routing numbers for her to use. She even called over another employee for help who then questioned what I was sending the wire for and treated me as if I was asking them to help with an illegal transaction?? finally, the 5th one worked however she told me "I am not trying this anymore for you" as stunned as I was, after wasting an hour of my time with her, I asked her to PLEASE try it so I didnt waste any more time she REFUSED! So i had no choice but to cancel the transaction. When I told her I was not sending the wire anymore, she SCREAMED at me "GOOD FOR YOU I DONT CARE" while flinging my papers back at me and as I walked out of her office, she SLAMMED the door soooooo hard it shook the windows. She then proceeded to talk about me to another employee in her office saying how rude I was! When I got to the teller to withdrae my money from my account to take my money to a different account at a different bank, she came towards me trying to talk to me as if she didnt just scream at me. I told her I did not feel comfortable speaking to her and in front of other customers and employees, she followed me toward the exit shouting at hoew rude I am and how I have an attitude and am unprofessional.... Go figure. She shouted how ungrateful I was and how I am the problem and not her. All while I was on the phone with my business colleague who heard the entire encounter.This was the WORST WORST WORST WORST experience ever in my life. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL NEW MANAGER THEY HAVE.

For a long time they didn’t specify that the parking lot is not theirs so tons of their customers have been paying $140 in towing fees. They finally put a sign recently.bad business practice.

They are the absolute worst bank. They treat you like trash if you arent one of their customer's. The wrong bank to go to if yoh need something and you "dont have an account" with them. They can't even give you change without an acct.
