“In all fairness we got off to a bad start because I kinda misunderstood hence: Be clear on the return/refund/exchange policy! But ever since he's been great!!! And has extremely fair prices for an antique store! And unless you're willing to put in a lot of work/time to save a buck or two it's hard to beat his price! Considering stopping in??? My suggestion is don't be in a rush you will definitely want to have time to look around! He has EVERYTHING! And is good for keeping an eye out for something you may be looking for should he not already have it! I get lost in there lol. Not physically.....but memory wise WOW! I only allow myself to go in once maybe twice a month because I never leave empty handed! He also makes for some good conversation so I pop in after my haircut nextdoor every now and then! And when I say be prepared to spend, it's not because his prices are too high but I have very little self shopping control! Hahahaha thanks for everything see you soon! “Def recommend this spot 100%, the staff is very nice and the vibes are very calm. Staff come by and check up on you regularly to ensure that everything is going smoothly. Stayed for a little over an hour and a half to create my own terrarium. Def didn't not feel rushed at all , just felt welcomed to stay. Def worth the drive as there's easy street parking a few blocks away”

Vibes are always my first observation when finding new purveyors and Luis’ store felt so calming, positive, and welcoming.Selection of stones included raw clusters, points, generators, freeforms, carvings, and tumbles of very high quality and nice size. There were a few statement pieces that were just out of this world beautiful I wish I could have taken them home. Pricing was so fair we did not hesitate to fill our baskets.There is also a nice selection of pre-made jewlery OR you can customize pieces to your liking for a very fair fee.Want to take a minute to talk about the beautifully crafted terrariums. They were by far my favorite. You can feel that the intentions behind their creation were well grounded, thought out and come from a perspective of positivity and light.Everything about this place is so neatly organized and labeled even a beginner could find their way around. “I bought a set of Limoges china from a neighbor and wanted to purchase bowls and coffee mugs to replace the old fashioned handle and saucer ones (which I'd resold:) Phil, the owner,took the reins of my order and through his many years of building contacts w vendors, he called me immediately back w a quote and the time frame needed to have my items custom made from the Limoges/Havilland factory in France. I placed the order on Sept 2021 and was told it would ship in Feb 2022. Sure enough, Phil called me this week and my mugs and bowls arrived in immaculate condition to my apt in NYC all the way from France. A big WOW, you just can't get excellent service like that from many places anymore. I am so happy that I chose Imperial China. Top notch.”

Gus paint pro extraordinaire Immediately greeted me upon arrival and walked me thru everything I needed to make a 1 bedroom paint over simple. True gentleman even walked my 5 gallon to my car. This is the place to come if you need real paint. Not Home Depot or Lowe’s . Get real paint not water down garbage .”

While the salesman was helpful and insightful, it was the store manager who came over and had a personal touch as well as a general sense of warmth that was unique for us! we sincerely appreciated the experience and the customer relations/service that was demonstrated by the management staff there.
