Went into fix my friend’s cracked iphone 14 pro max front screen and camera lens.
Great service and much cheaper than Asurion folks down the block (Asurion asked close to 400 while these guys offered 230ish I believe)
It took them about an hour to fix and everything looked good and clean.
However, the replacement these guys used were subpar. Front camera lost focus and back camera comes out blurry. Also, parts of the touchscreen lags sensitivity. My friend ended up paying again to get everything fixed in another place.
Experience was good, but at the end of the day, I lost my $230 for a poor quality replacement. I do not recommend.

Re: it is great that you had so many customers and ran your business for +10years. Great. And please do not get me wrong. I did not suggest that your business was terrible all around. Actually, my experience/communication with your store was good as I mentioned above. Yet, that does not prevent you from performing a poor job on my friend’s phone. Or maybe, your replacement part was just bad. The truth is, my friend, whom I spent around $230 to fix his phone from your shop, needs to spend more money to get his iphone “fixed” AGAIN so that part of his phone touch screen and his front/back camera would actually work.
Either your guy did a bad job or your store used a bad replacement. Either way, that would be my justification on 1 star. I also noticed that you guys just dismissed low rating with the same justification "We had a business for over 10 years with thousands of happy customers." Again, that does not make you guys perfect in fixing. Obviously, my friend's phone fix service was a mess and a waste of ~$230.

great staff, friendly, prices are fair… been here a couple times and they took care of me .. last time i had a issue with a update for ios 18 and my screen went black, i thought it was definitely going to require a new screen but it end up being a short.. repaired it for nothing! So i left a tip.. moral of story.. they could of lied & replaced my screen and charge me a couple hundred.. thats why i always recommend this place to everyone .. hard to find honest people in the world

I’ve been back here 4 times for service because these guys are terrific. They are my go to, shop. Very competent in repairs, very user friendly, reasonable prices, fast service. If you go anywhere else, you’re crazy!

This place is a gem and saved me! I really appreciate how fast the service was here. I was in and out within 15 mins! The owner was nice and shared a lot of knowledge about repairs. He also answers any questions you have with a lot of details. I highly recommend this place if you need to get your device fixed!

Great service. Mike and Mitchell are super helpful. They fixed my iPad screen, my old iphone screen and even replaced the battery on my Apple Watch, which is now good as new.

The guy Mike was a really friendly and caring guy. i had a iphone 12 with water damage and he told me exactly what the problem was and fixed it within minutes. great customer service and a great experience. will definitely be coming back here.

I have been a customer of Guru Repairs now for over 4 years. In that time the service has been superb. I am an electrical technologist. My understanding of the inner workings of componentry is life long ,and when I walk into Guru Repairs ,I know all technical issues will be handled to the highest possible level. 1. Sent in laptop for diagnosis, expected sunday but they delayed 2-3 days with lack of communication.
2. Although all the symptoms pointed to a display cable issue (Signal cutting out when screen is swiveling), they insisted that a screen replacement was necessary. They said something along the lines of, “don’t trust what you read online.”
A month later, I opened up my laptop and replugged in the display cable, and that seemed to solve the issue of no display signal. Most likely, they gave a misdiagnosis to profit more from a simple issue, they turned a 30$ issue to a 200$ repair. Terrible service.

Such an honest place!! I thought my camera lenses was broken, however he was so honest and told me that the protector was cracked and not the lens. Highly recommend this business for all your repair needs!!!
