Worst run pharmacy. The lines are always long, they can never find prescriptions. They have no customer service skills. Someone needs to overhaul this pharmacy and do some training.

The pharmacy department doesn't answer there phone. You can be on hold for 19 minutes and they would hang up on you. The pharmacy personnel do not know what they are doing? They give you false information. I am fed up with them.

Please send your prescriptions elsewhere, really disorganized. Long wait times for pickup and on the phone. I mean their nice staff but you can tell they are overwhelmed and a little disorganized, just from looking it looks like no one talks to each other. It's so hard to get my meds, it shouldn't be. Theres been times were i had to push back my appointments. Support your local pharmacy. In terms of the regular store, it's fine. The pharmacy is just terrible though, sorry.

The pharmacy’s address is wrong on google maps. Doctors can’t find this place. Besides people working there are so slow and pretend they don’t see you. I go to the nearby Walgreens instead.

spent 40 minutes on the phone waiting for the pharmacy to pick up. When they did, they proceeded to cut me off. I called right back and ranted to the person who answered. She was very apologetic. I know her and she seems to be the only staff member in the pharmacy who is ever willing to do anything. This store is getting worse every day.

Staff were fast and polite, there were about 2 people at the registers. Not that many customers Wednesday ~4pm. Waited a day or two before I got the message that my prescription was ready, and they held it for around 5 days while reminding me every 1-2 days to pick it up

Went to CVS to pick up a prescription. Stood on line at least 5 minutes. No one was behind me. When I approached the counter the gate was pulled down in my face and I was told the lunch time was 1:30 so I would have to return at 2. Had I not been standing there before 1:30 I might have been more understanding. I also took note that the lunch hours were posted on the gate that was rolled up as I stood on line waiting. This is extremely poor customer service. I was told that this is cvs policy across the board. Too bad so many smaller pharmacies have gone from the neighborhood. If customers had more options perhaps cvs would amend its policy and at least have one person in the pharmacy at all times.

Found 90% of the time, The cashier,& pharmacists are polite,& quick. The customers are nasty, rude, disrespectful of everyone,&waste the cashiers, pharmacists time, which starts a chain reaction w/other impatient customers. 1 pharmacist is Arrogant, but the only 1, shes a B.

Went to cvs today and I asked a question to a female Asian/ Philippines supervisor and she responded in the most nastiest rudest way. I don’t think in your job description they say you can talk to customer in that way. It disturbing to know that this supervisor can treat customers as she wants and nothing is done about it.

Just in case you got a vaccine appointment out here and are wondering what to expect, my experience was great. I showed up a few minutes early and they were able to check me in and give me the shot immediately. Super clean and well organized, and everyone in the store was masked properly.

Every time I go they NEVER have my medication ready. I started calling the pharmacy 2 day before I go to ensure my medication is ready. Guess what IT'S STILL NOT READY. This pharmacy is a JOKE. Switching places ASAP.

Went to pick up my medication, had to wait 20 mins to get it filled, after I went back and got the meds, I realized one of the medication was missing, had to go back on the long line just so the pick up counter guy can tell me its out of stock. He couldn't have told me this when I picked up the medication and the line took a pretty long time. Then, I was told to talk to the guys at the consultation, and this is where it gets even better. After another while of waiting, they finally had time for me, they say they don't know when it will be back in stock. No date no nothing. Even if I want it transferred, I'll have to call the pharmacy and ask if its in stock and it must be CVS, and for non CVS, it's a whole other mess. I understand during this virus crisis, things can be a bit slow and all but the way they do things here is just terrible. They don't give a dam for the people that go there.

This CVS pharmacy is the seventh level of hell. Your prescription is never ready. You show up when they say it will be ready and are told to wait 10 minutes. It then takes them a half hour to fill. After that, you have to wait in a line of 6 people, all of whom are having the same problems with them as you. It's like being in a Kafka story. Also, prescriptions sent by your doctor have about a 50% of being received. If they didn't get it, you have to call your doctor to resend. Buying non-prescription items here isn't any less frustrating. The checkout personnel are slow, dimwitted, and rude. Also the store is run down and dirty. The only bright spot is the ample off-street parking. Stay away. I hope my suffering will save you the agony of dealing with these people. Please let my horrible experiences here have some meaning.

My mother went to CVS at approximately 7 pm on Friday night on 3/6/2020. She asked an older Asian/Filipino male salesperson a simple question as to why the vitamins weren't price tagged. She asked if the vitamins were on sale and he rudely snapped at her in reply saying they were not on sale. My mom politely brought to his attention that another CVS had it on sale only to have him reply then go and buy it someplace else! This is unacceptable behavior! WE all have bad days but to take it out on an innocent customer is absolutely rude and completely uncalled for! This man definitely needs customer service training. I work in a call center and would be censured severely if I ever spoke to a student or parent in that fashion. Fortunately, a very nice young female salesperson waited on my mother and confirmed the vitamins were, in fact, on sale just like the other CVS locations. Thank you Miss. for your kindness to my mother. I'd like to know how he would feel if someone were rude to his mother or father. Perhaps this man needs anger management sessions with a qualified psychologist? Food for thought....
