I have been to this location approximately 50 times. I'm a loyal CVS fan, but this branch just looks depressing. Maybe it's due to the quiet residential neighborhood or the smaller size compared to the northern Blvd/Bell Blvd location. The selections are also lacking, but I will say that the employees here are good. Very helpful when needed.

5 stars for the pharmacy. The pharmacist Kelsey is amazing! She went above and beyond to get me my script filled after I experienced major issues with a different manufacturer and needed an urgent replacement. Really pleased with the service I was provided and I will continue to fill my scripts here because of her.

WORST experience at their pharmacy EVER if there is negative stars to be given it would be a -1 ⭐️! So disorganized and no logical pickup storage system. Every single time they have to hunt around the pharmacy to locate customer's prescriptions thus the long line and wait. The counter person doesn't help too by moving like molasses! Their favorite line when you go pick your prescriptions up from your doctor's visit is "we didn't get the prescription/s". One time I was given the run around after going there twice to pickup my prescription (was told being ordered and haven't arrive yet), the 3rd time I was told it is an OTC item and it is located at aisle blah blah blah!!!!!! I was told by the pharmacist one day that NY doesn't except Health First insurance anymore and have to change a different insurance policy!!! There are many other unpleasant experiences with this pharmacy!!! We are not limited as to where we can get our medicine and my friendly advice is STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!

Some helpful workers but not always on the floor looking to help shoppers. Basically on your own. Of course they have locked displays but low inventory still the same. Seems like CVS as a whole is not helping to correct this at any stores. Was once an outstanding drug store to shop at. The pharmacy department needs to add cashiers and must get to helping customers much faster than they do. It's a turn off.

I don’t know why people leave bad reviews for them. I’m almost go there every week, manager and workers always welcome me and ask me if I need help. They are very friendly.

Time is wrong. Pharmacy is closed for lunch break every day from 1pm to 2 pm. However the work timing posted are without any break. Wrong information and rude staff.

Worse working environment I’ve ever worked in once the new manager came. Store manager was even trying to get pharmacy manager fired at one point. You guys are on hold for so long because everyone avoid the phone. Lines are long because cashiers like to take a while so the next cashier can handle more patients. Pill bottles were always mixed, misplaced, or filled improperly. I would not trust this pharmacy for my health or for decent working experience. Never seen a manager interact with employees AND CUSTOMERS the way I did here. Pharmacy has became a pit of negative energy.

The pharmacy is so poorly staffed, I don't blame them, I blame management. Constant long lines, one cashier and no assistance, if you want to speak to someone on the phone you are likely to hold for at least 30 minutes. In a store where the pharmacy is proven to be busy, the lack of staffing is disgraceful.

Terrible pharmacy. Workers are incompetent and pharmacist is absolutely abhorrent. She’s rude and completely brainless. Either replace the whole staff or just shut the whole place down. My gosh, this place sucks.

When you google the location, it doesn’t show the pharmacy closes at 8pm, so my fault for arriving at the counter at 8:02pm, however, after explaining the situation of picking up medications for a 73-year old disabled veteran who was just discharged from the hospital after surgery, a manager inside the pharmacy turned to the cashier next to him and asked if she could take one more customer; she obliged and told me to wait at the door. After waiting at the door for 10 minutes, she walked out of the pharmacy, right past me. A minute later, the male manager exited the pharmacy and I asked if I should continue to wait there, and he said yes, that they would help me shortly. After waiting a while longer, the manager in the pharmacy insisted that no one told me they would help me, and it was now too late to get the meds. The meds were not transferable to another location since a controlled substance was involved. I spoke with the store manager who called the male manager and asked what happened, and he confirmed our interaction and the cashier saying she would take us and she told us where to wait. Both him and the store manager continuously apologized to me as the pharmacy manager refused to help. I switched my personal prescriptions to a different CVS location years ago after numerous problems with this location, but my elderly parents out of blind loyalty, have kept their business at the 73rd Ave location despite empty shelves, rude employees, endless lines, earlier than advertised closures, and catching overcharging on their receipts. This was straw that broke the camels back. On top of that, when I was finally able to reach someone at the hospital to send the prescription to a different location, I had to pay for them out-of-pocket; insurance couldn’t cover them again so soon because this location had not canceled the order despite saying they would.

As everyone has said, the pharmacy service here is really bad. Because it is nearby my house, I choose to pick up the medicine here. The customer service is always unable to answer my questions about refills. Every time the answer is you have to ask your clinic. . Totally disappointed me today, I decided I would never come here to pick up my medicine again, today I told a guy who works front desk with politely I want to pick up the medicine, he asked the name, I told him, he didn‘t get it,I said the name again , and I asked him if he needed to scan the QR code, but he ignored me, so I showed him the OR code on my phone, and he said impatiently, isn’t this? This feeling made me feel discriminated against and disrespected. When I asked him if I could ask him another question, he didn't want to respond at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely rude associate in the aistle while looking for deodorant. "The door is broken" and there was apparently no way to get deodorant? Not even from the back if that door really was broken? Just passive aggressive and rude. It took nearly 20 minutes to pick up a prescription with only 2 people ahead of me in line. Why? The woman at the pharmacy counter is taking her dear sweet time and texting on her phone behind the counter. Pathetic is an UNDERSTATEMENT! If you have a choice in pharmacy needs, go somewhere else! They used to be pretty good but I don't know what happened now. There was a lady though who helped out with photos who was excellent, I wish I could recall her name...

They completely ignore all pharmacy calls. I waited for 45 min on hold and went I came into the store I noticed that they don’t pick up the phone. The lines are disorganized and always long. Waiting for pharmacist takes forever. They have pretty good texting when it’s ready. Sometimes they’re pretty quick with prescriptions but seems so chaotic
