Amir is the kindest professional I have ever encountered at chase bank. He was very helpful and actually addressed our concerns with a solution. He deserves recognition for his attentive and professional approach to his clients.

Good physical location in the near the mall area. Always extremely slow - avoid if you need to talk to anybody about anything. Machines always good and working.

My name is Y. M. writing this to express frustrations encountered with chase bank located in Bay terrace mall....I'd been with CitiBank for over 18 years since my college , I was impressed by employees in this chase bank plus it's walking distance from my house, I moved everything including personal + company accounts from citi to chase without thinking too much around 3-4 yrs ago which was a mistake wish didn't happen, my personal investments value dropped down significantly in a short period of time right away and never could back up ever since, of course they gave "good" advice and comfort you like "don't worry you will be happy after years...", I've been hearing this over passed 2-3 years but getting more and more hopeless . There's a new guy named Carlos who is handling business accounts, DON'T go with him if you're looking for help, he is going to ruining instead of helping!! He doesn't deserve TRUST at alllllll!!!!!

A very fast and very pleasant experience compared to banking in Flushing. There were only 2 tellers, so do most chase bank in Main Street but their long are super long. The good thing here is that the line is short. Just in case the manager or boss are reading. Both tellers I encounter today were Asian, one lady and one gentleman on Friday 12/30/22. What stand out were that how they interact with the customer next to me. She was trying to remember his name and she got it and my teller was addressing him by his last name. On my way out, I also saw that customer talking with the personal banker on the cubicle. It shows that how this branch treats and remember their regular customer. Wish every Chase bank runs this way. Chase banks in Flushing are so crowded they just want to get done with you and move on to the next customer. They don't even bother with any pleasantries at all, never mind remembering your name. Overall, it left me with a very good impression which doesn't happen often.

They have no idea what they are doing. The banker that assisted did absolutely nothing and had an attitude. Not warm or welcoming at all. Worse chase branch I’ve ever been to.
