We used Bell Bay Florist for our Mothers funeral arrangements recently. The owner was easy to work with, helped us design something beautiful and affordable and made sure to deliver it on time. I do recommend Gus and his florist for your next special occasion.

Today my son bought this bouquet of flowers from your house online and planned to give me a Mother's Day gift tomorrow. When I came home, he cried when he saw me because he spent $80 on flowers that were already withered and felt very sad. ! We all live on the same street, don't you feel bad doing business like this? Bad review!

If you want to be taken care of like family this Florist is genuinely concerned with making your arrangement perfect no matter what it’s for. They are so sympathetic Due to a passing or to make the person thrilled to receive their flowers for their birthday or anniversary. This is the place you need To go to. Gus,Dee and Michael are the best I would never go to another florist even if I lived in another state, I would call them and have them do the flowers. Thank you for all the arrangements you’ve done for me and treating me like family..

Because of a computer glitch our flowers arrived early to our recipient.I called the store and had the most amazing customer service and they quickly corrected the situation. So wonderful to deal with. I will definitely use them again in the future!! Wanted to write this review just to give accolades because good service is hard to come by!

Ok Ladies and Gents...this florist is ???. My guy blessed me with a quick turn-around...was open after 5...great pricing and the product was BEAUTIFUL! On top of all this...the staff had the best vibe....smiles...patience and suggestions! Definitely saved in my contacts!

Absolutely disgusting experience here. Wow. After reading the good reviews, I did not expect the treatment I got here. Went in, no greeting. Fine. There wasn’t much to choose from but I assumed it was because mother’s day was the day before. Understandable. There was a guy helping another customer so I was waiting and decided on a very small bouquet in the front. It wasn’t the best but I wasn’t looking for a big grand one so I decided to buy that one and be on my way. An elderly lady comes out (guess she’s the owner) to take payment. Because of her age, I’m assuming, she took a while to calculate tax and type into the card reader so as I was waiting, I looked into the bouquet and realized that it had at least three wilted flowers. Remember, it was a very small bouquet. So I told her I actually don’t want to buy these. I said it kindly and with a smile on my face, not being rude at all. She looks at me in disbelief, not handing me my card back and says “you think they’re wilted?” and I told her i’m looking at the flowers and a few of them are wilted. She continues to stare at me without saying a word so I tell the guy behind her to tell her I don’t want to buy these because they’re wilted. He tells me “she speaks english,” like yeah, no really? She’s a white grandma who I was speaking to this whole time so obviously she speaks english. I told him she’s not responding to me so I’m letting him know. She then rolls her eyes and makes condescending comments and starts ignoring me altogether. Oh definitely not coming back. I do admit I am 30 years old looking like 22 and get mistreated a lot due to this but this was unexpected and was a waste of 10 minutes of my life.

Looked up a florist that was near my relatives for a delivery. Ordered online with Bell Bay Florist because of all the great reviews on Yelp. They did not fail! They made a beautiful flower arrangement and delivered it fast. So happy I ordered from them. Thank you Bell Bay Florist
