I recently had a accident that messed my front up and they fixed it for me very beautifully the bumper couldn't be replaced yet but he was very accomadating and let me keep my money to put it towards getting another one which he would install for me if I find a compatible one. Very nice service very professional and accommodating

The older gentleman there, probably the owner, deserves a hundred stars. He’ll always make you feel like you’re his biggest customer like he did to me and my family even though we clearly were not. He even remembered my father-in-law even though they had a very short encounter three months ago. Great service, great work.

This is the place to get work done to your car! The service was fantastic! First, I’d like to extend my gratitude to Justin. My insurance company would only supply aftermarket parts for the repairs, which is a common practice. Once it was installed and they noticed the imperfections, they were able to get approval from my insurance company to get OEM factory parts. The work and effort they put into my car surpasses every other Autobody shop I’ve ever been to. Most other places I’ve been to just slap things together and send me on my way. Justin and his team took the time and effort to identify why there were gaps between my fender to my bumper, and warrantied their work. This shop is a prime example of integrity. I managed to get my car back in less than 2 weeks. And my car looks like it came straight out of the dealership. I can not express enough how satisfied I am with the work and service Justin and his team provided! Justin, if you’re reading this, thank you so much.

I just had work done on my car using Bayside Collision and they never disappoint. Their bodywork is five star .I hate my car when I first drop it off and when it's fixed by them it looks like it just came out of the show room They are organized , friendly (Arthur and Justin) and most important, do great work and get your car back to you on time as promised . I had a great experience, they went out of their way to make sure the fit and finish were perfect and even touched up the paint in a spot not related to my repair. It’s nice to deal with people that tell you how to achieve the best outcome without breaking the bank.

While the quality of the car repairs was decent (8/10), the customer service was severely lacking. Initially, we brought our car in for repairs, which were completed satisfactorily, though a minor issue remained. We returned another day to have this minor issue addressed, and later, we discovered another small problem, prompting us to come back immediately.
During our second visit, Justin was unprofessional and confrontational. He complained that he was owed $10,000 for the initial repairs, but the insurance company had only paid him $9,000. This situation was not our responsibility; both Justin and the insurance company had already agreed on the price prior to the repairs. If he was dissatisfied with the arrangement or did not want to continue working on our car, he should have called us or communicated this to us.
We didn't complain about having to return twice for the minor issues that were caused by the repairs and approached the situation politely each time, but Justin insisted that he had already done us a favor by undercharging us $1,000 and to remember it. Additionally, Justin also spoke about a "lifetime guarantee" when we picked up our car the first time but displayed a poor attitude when we came back shortly after.
