Horrible horrible customer service, this rude mean lady threw out my lottery tickets in the garbage after I asked her for them and then she forgot what she did. No remorse no compassion.

I'm giving this 2 stars only because of the location. Saleswoman is completely indifferent, like she is minding the store for someone else. Thank goodness for Golden Wine & Liquors in Bayside Village.

The extremely personable woman didn't even look up from whatever she was doing to help me..lol.Rude!! Don't go here unless you're pinched for time!
