The lady on the phone is rude, unhelpful & doesn’t understand customer service. I sent in specific instructions for what is about $1,000 in dry cleaning and she refused to help me on any front. I asked for items to be returned a certain way, cleaned a certain way and she told me that’s not part of her job. If you can go with someone else, they don’t understand the meaning of caring about other peoples clothes or customer service. Disappointing.

Lucy is amazing. Love this place. She also has done alterations for us and does an excellent job. Owners are very nice and accommodating. So glad to have a good dry cleaners so close.

Baybreeze cleaners Lucy and Sergio do a great job with all of my laundry and dry cleaning. I've been using them now for over a year and I'm very satisfied with the quality of their work and their promptness for picking up my laundry and delivering my laundry! They are kind and courteous and always able to accommodate. I highly recommend their services.

Never come to this place!!! AVOID THIS PLACE! Liars and will rip you off! Be careful !!! I already paid for my dry cleaning... but the lady kept arguing with me saying I didn't pay yet! SCAM! I even have a receipt!

This service is HORRIBLE and picks on people who lacks in the English language!! My mother who is not the best in English but can still speak and understand a good amount of English went there to get her winter jacket dry cleaned. The worker told my mother it's $46 . After hearing how expensive it was my mom was about to leave.. but the lady told my mother since it's her first time it's $41. So my mom paid the $41 on the spot. My mom took the offer and received a receipt. Days later my mom went to pick up her jacket.. the lady told my mom she hasn't paid yet! And told my mother it's $46 SCAM! She tried to argue with my mom and my mom pulled out the receipt to show that she paid. The lady argued that the receipt said my mother hasn't paid yet. My mother ended up paying a grand total of $87 for 1 jacket being dried cleaned!!!!!!!!!!! WHY WOULD YOU GIVE SOMEONE A RECEIPT IF THEY DID NOT PAY YET?!?! SCAM. If you don't want to be ripped off and scam DO NOT go to this establishment . TRASH! You'll never know you might be the next person they'll pick on!

Never any complaints they always get my dry cleaning and any repairs (buttons etc.) done right. Their new location on 35Ave. has parking in the rear which is a plus!
