ATM stole 1,400 from me. I’m so stressed out. Reported it. Hopefully I get the money back. Lesson learned.I reported the incident today 9/23am, please confirm ATM has excess cash of $1,400 and credit my account

Very convenient bank with good customer service. The manager greeted us and then walked us into one of the offices to be assisted by one of her associates. ATM machines in the front are in working order and were very easy to use.

They need to hire more profession bank staff. I waited over 2 hours to open a bank account. The lady was very slow this was incredibly frustrating. They don't care for peoples time. I am very dissatisfied and annoyed .

Amazing customer service !! The first time that I visited a bank and felt that someone was there to help. The manager , Pamela, was excellent, took the time and put the most effort to assist. This is going to by my Bank of America location from now on.Thank you

I am here to deposit money but No teller is available for last 30 minutes. A lady standing in the middle repeat every 5 minutes " I appreciate your patience" and no teller yet. Very disappointing. I advise you guys , don't open account in this bank.

Opened an business account here. At the beginning. They were attentive and helpful. But today is different, carolina seems not in the mood and not so helpful at all. Just told me to sit and wait for another personnel from one of the offices.

Great experience! Their staff is really kind and dedicated. You feel valued everytime you walk in the door. The parking lot and drive thru ATM are a bonus to this already wonderful location.

Never had a complaint about this branch. I tend to do most of my banking at the atm or thru the app because I normally I do banking after business hours. However, when I do happen to visit the branch when it's open, I do go inside to the teller. Hardly ever busy and I'm always in and out quickly. There is only one teller which is only annoying when there is a lot of people which hardly happens. Only once did I witness this Bank with more than 5 people. Most of the time it's pretty dead. It's almost always the same girl at the teller window and she is very nice and courteous. Today I was there and it was someone different. I believe she's the manager cuz I've seen her once before walking around where the bankers sit or close to the front door where she can greet customers that walk in. She was the only one at the teller window this time. I didn't have my debit card on me so I had to give her ID. She gave me the receipt and by the time I got to the car, I realized that I never put my drivers license back in my wallet. Good thing I wasn't driving. I had a ride from my mother. As my mother was pulling out of the parking lot, I realized that I didn't have the license and in that split second, I see the young woman that helped me run into the parking lot and knew right away that she was looking for me and was already in the process of getting out of the car. I wish I had her name so I can leave a formal comment with Bank if America. A typical bank employee would probably leave it in a safe place where I could come in and claim it which is what I would have done since I noticed it before I left the parking lot, or mailed it at the end of business- atleast I would hope so. But an employee that would go out of her way and physically leave the bank hoping to run in to me deserves credit. Again, I wish I had her name.

I have had to opportunity to meet everyone from branch manager to teller, and they are what people should be nowadays. They are kind, sincere and helpful and the reason to bank with BOA.

This Bank Of America is really one of the worst banks I have ever done business with..As with other reviewers I have to totally agree with the inept service of the staff there.. There can be 10 people on a line and other tellers just chatting away as only 1 teller deals with the long lines... This branch should be re vamped with all new managers and staff who know how to interact with the public in a positive way...
