    On one hand, they did help me out with my query. On the other hand, the employees clearly aren't given much training on how to interact with members of the public. There's a good chance that they aren't trying to be abrasive, but they don't make a positive first impression.

    Horrible customer service, not helpful and rude staff. If you have Bank of America, do yourself a favor and go to another branch.

    This place is worth .. bank clerk are with bad attitude, not helpful ..they don’t work here for help customer fix the problem. Pass the buck to our customer side ,He said ,That’s your problem to fix ,I work here for 7 years ,He can’t help ..
