On one hand, they did help me out with my query. On the other hand, the employees clearly aren't given much training on how to interact with members of the public. There's a good chance that they aren't trying to be abrasive, but they don't make a positive first impression.

I love the service they have, they are very attentive and the manager speaks Spanish, that makes me feel more comfortable. Thank you all God bless you
