Great store. Xavier is the best. He helped me when I called in on the on the phone extremely polite and knowledgeable. Went to see him at the store and really took the time to help me. This Is my new fav AT&T Store

Worst AT&T store. The store manager is terrible, lack of basic customer care and integrity. He failed to do his work and caused big loss to customer. I traded in a phone at the store. I handed over a perfect phone to him at store and he told me I will get $1000 credit. But he hold my phone for 10 days and did not submit my phone to AT&T until 10 days later. Plus he didnt keep the promise and only gave me $200 credit for a phone worth $1000! It is a fraud!!! He is a liar and irresponsible. He will tell you that you will get $1000 credit for your phone. But after he got your phone, you wont get what he told you. You will be ripped off by this store manager. Avoid this place and this manager at all cost. Why should a customer give a $1000 phone to the store manager if he can only get $200? The only reason if that the store manager lied to the customer and told him that he can get $1000. Once he gave the phone to the store manager, the store manager will hold his phone and wont submit to AT&T and find all excuse to make the customer "disqualify" for the credit. Be aware of this store manager's trap! Avoid this place at all cost. AT&T, please hire an honest and professional to be a store manager. Not this liar! Otherwise, you will lose all customers.

Emily is fantastic! She made the process for 6 of us very easy. We haven’t had such a great experience at an AT&T in a long time! She is wonderful and this store is lucky to have her. If you decide to shop here, ask for Emily!

My daughter and I, had the pleasure of being assisted by Xavier at the AT&T Bayside location. He was very nice, patient, and easy going. My daughter came in prior and looked at some options the day before. I liked how he took time to explain the new cellphones and plans and promotions to me. Its not easy for me to get around a lot and understand all these technical things but between himself and my daughter they were able to find me a new phone that I liked and could afford. He provided his card to me for any further issues I may have... I can contact him for help. I really appreciate it. 10/10

This stores hours is listed at 10 am open on yelp and 9 on Google.. waited there for 30 minutes, doors still locked, not a single worker there on time with few other customers waiting with me outside griping as well. People have jobs and other places to be. It is your job as the manager of this store to just be on time.

Went in to get some accessories for my phone and girlfriend's. Xavier was extremely helpful and insightful to get us exactly what we needed. Also asked about adding a 3rd line and he provided all the info needed as well as advising what the overall cost would be. I'm definitely returning to add that 3rd line before Christmas for my younger brother.

Just had an excellent experience at the store when I went in to help my mom upgrade to the new iPhone. Emily and her manager were extremely accommodating and helped get us a great deal. Their customer service was exemplary. Recommend getting your new phone at this AT&T location.

Initially, I went to another AT&T store to upgrade my phone. During the process, the original store made a mistake and created an issue between my phone and my mom's phone. As a result, my mom and I came to this store and Xavier & Stalin were able to help us out within 30 minutes of closing time on a friday night. They were very hospitable and knowledgable regarding what happened. They were very attentive and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend this store and this will be my family's store moving forward!!

Purchased a new phone & changed my wireless plan. Xavier was the sales rep. He answered all my questions pertaining to the new plan and phone. He also assisted me with setting up my new account and connecting my Samsung watch to the new cell phone. Other staff members also assisted. I recommend this AT&T location if you wish to purchase new equipment or need technical assistance.
