“The prices were respectable and frankly I can't complain about them. The service was STELLAR, and almost seemed free if you consider the usual retail prices for silver.TLDR: They shortened a chain to my perfect length, made a bracelet from the spare links, and made a new bail for my pendant, making no fuss about any of it whatsoever throughout the whole process. And I can't emphasize enough how reasonable their prices are if you need any work done.Steve was beyond helpful. (I'm pretty sure Amanda) was lovely and helped me find the perfect chain, but it was way longer than I wanted. Not only did Steve shorten the chain for me, they are also turning the spare length into a bracelet! Steve even measured the chain on me to make sure that the length I wanted matched the length I asked for. On top of that, I have a pendant that's incredibly important that I wanted to put on one of their chains, but the bail was beaten to heck and way too small. They added a new, sturdy bail and attached it for me.All in all, two sterling silver chains, a bail, shortening a chain, and putting a rush on all of it only cost me a couple hundred. STELLAR service, beautiful people, and I intend to go there for ALL of my jewelry needs because of those two. (Not just to purchase, but also maintenance and miscellaneous work)”

We worked with Roxanne who really walked us through all our options and helped pick the setting and diamond that suited me best. “I purchased a luxury wristwatch at a pawn shop in Florida many years ago and didnt know if it was real ,took it to a jewelry store and they didnt have the time or bother to help men , Im not looking to sell just want to know if it was real or not . I spoke to Vinnie at the Selden spot and he spent more then an hr and a half with me to determine if it was real or fake , I would deal with Vinnie any day of the week , what a nice guy . My husband designed my engagement ring with Patchogue Jewelers last year and their service was top notch. “I have been in the store several times and my experience was nothing but great with friendly and very helpful staff. I am going to return because I had seen things in a catalog that I would like to buy and wanted to see if they carry it in the store. I rather give them my business. Regarding to the one review, mask wearing, at that time it didn't matter if a person was vaccinated or not, mask wearing was a requirement by the CDC to enter any store. The stores needed to comply by the CDC covid-19 policy. Yes, it was an inconvenience. Yes, many of us hated it, but you want or need to go shopping you needed to wear a mask, CDC policy for the state of New York. It wasn't just at this store it was everywhere, stores, banks, a person's job and etc. Any place that was enclosed and had people. It was a very difficult time for us all, very difficult. Therefore the store should not be held responsible for following the CDC policy, they had to. I am eager to go back.”

Actually I had passed by that window many times on my early morning walk to work, and been fascinated by the ring,,but never got to go in due to time constraints. The ring literally called out to me. Peter, its creator, explained to me how it was cast, and gave me details of other pieces he has worked on. He is a true artist and craftsman, and his passion for his work is obvious. He also showed me another skull ring he had made, an intricate lacework of silver that was painstakingly handcut. “This is the only place to get your newest summer outfits. The owners are super friendly and make every customer feel welcome, and look great. The styles are one of a kind that you won’t find everywhere else out there or on the main land, and they get new looks in all the time. I especially love all the accessories and beach-ready gear like coolers, bags, sandals, sunglasses and towels. I get compliments all the time on items I pick up from the store. The store also does an excellent job of making it an “experience” shopping there, with fun music, air conditioning!, and accessible changing rooms. The employees are all very patient and want you to be happy with everything you pick out, and they make intelligent suggestions, not just pushing anything. Also, when a few tweens/teenagers were acting like the place was their own private hangout, the staff politely had them move along. Overall, this is a place you have to visit and pick something up, and everyone you know will compliment you on your new items!”
