Very customer service minded and willing to find a solution to cust needs. Always brighten my visit by listening to my specific needs as well as, suggestions based on my concern or, questions about product. I travel by car alot and sometimes I need to visit a CVS within my reach whereas I've never had the same delightful experience as I have at the Bayport, N.Y.

It seems like not all CVS have items they advertise in stock. It seems to be a reoccurring issue at 470 West Main Street.

Every single time I get medication from the pharmacy, Tyrone is absolutely wonderful. He is just so very nice, friendly and kind. He has a very calm way about him and when you aren’t feeling well, it’s really comforting. He treats every customer with such respect and kindness.

Is this the only CVS on planet earth that doesn’t have self checkout? This location isn’t in the hood and they don’t lock up deodorant, toothpaste, etc. It’s just odd… Why create a line of LI narcissist Karens and man Karens, when at other CVS’ they can self checkout and not torture/berate the staff ?Personally,i just buy anything that’s not drugs with my drugs at the pharmacy counter. The 5 stars are for the pharmacy and their staff who put up with the worst of the LI narci’s which is not their job. The pharmacists never lose or misplace any medication. Anytime I call, they answer promptly, professionally, and provide me with any details asked. And if I catch them on lunch (13:30-14:00) I always get a call back by 14:03. Talk about exceptional service.

They lose, and forget to fill prescriptions and take no phone calls from customers for help. Criminal how they treat customers.

Stephanie is a wonderful employee. She always smiles and very knowledgeable about CVS. I switched from Walgreens to CVS and made a good choice.

I have to say in the pharmacy Chris is the number one pharmacist there. Hes always so helpful. This time he went an extra mile for me personally. My husband was there to pick up some medication and he knows that I get one specific medication monthly. He advised my husband to contact my insurance company so it is approved because he didn't want me to have any problems of not getting it on time .If he hadn't done that I would have had a problem. I am very grateful to Chris. He goes above and beyond for his Customers

I went to return something I literally purchased yesterday. The cashier said you're getting store credit because there's no reciept I'm like fine. She failed to mention you get less back because you have no reciept. Um why would u not mention that at all???? Common sense. So I recieved back 5 dollars less on brand new items I just purchased less than 24 hours ago. If she would have told me that from the get go, I would have said forget it!

Pharmacy is ok but you will have to wait 8-10 hours to get a prescription filled. If you can’t drop it off a day before I would not go here.

Moved all my meds to Walgreens in sayville,pharmacy at cvs very slow always a long line couldn’t take it anymore Walgreen much faster and better customer service it’s worth the 5 minute drive

I was in your store about 2 weeks ago looking for cat food. The shelf was pretty much empty as always. I saw an employee on the floor so I asked her for help. She nastily told me that what is on the shelf is all they have. I saw a mgr. who told me the same thing!!!! Then when i was getting milk i saw another employee and and gave it one more chance. She stopped what she was doing to help me...She went into the backroom and brought me one of each ofwhat they had. That young was AnnaMaria Zimmardi..I really feel that she deserves some kind of recognition from your corporation...Thank you.. I will be checking in with Annamaria to see if your company has acknowledged her as she deserves....
