Donna the manager helped me and She was so kind and helpful and even suggested transferring my account to higher yield savings account and opening up a CD which She did so efficiently. She really went out of her way and I am so grateful.”
“I have been banking with Apple Bank for the past 34 years. First at the Lindenhurst Branch and for the last 20 years at the Ronkonkoma Branch. The staff at Ronkonkoma is so courteous, friendly, and professional. It is such a pleasure to know all the staff and the staff treats their customers like family. The bank is clean and spacious and Georgette, Kristen, and Kelly always take the time to chat. Anthony, Kim, and Debbie are excellent bank tellers. “went into the bank to get a few papers notarized. was immediately welcomed by a very warm woman named Nicole. was so pleased by her service, i went ahead to ask if i could open a checking account with them. chase bank had given me an issue with opening an account bc i have no drivers license. thankfully i had my passport, social and two proofs of address with me. she was so kind helped me with no problems and she printed me a debit card right then and there. i also had some documents i needed to get copied (unrelated) and she was kind enough to make copies for me. give this gorgeous human a raise. great conversationalist, helpful, and so kind. i wish more supervisors were like this! “Went for a ride specifically to go to this bank. Hoping that there would be an ATM vestibule on a Sunday I could sign a check and deposit it
I saw that they were outdoor ATMs from another post. But I wasn't sure there vestibule.
There is! And a nice one.
And inside vestibule with a little counter and a pen exactly what I needed.

This is a really cool bank.
Architecturally it's really interesting. Kind of looks like a big cheese grater / stainless steel spaceship or Sci-Fi movie building modern. The front is really a beautiful entrance.
Two outdoor drive-up ATMs and one that you can go inside.
