“This is based of the customer service. Christina went above and beyond to help me find a pair of capris for my mom when I wasn't having any luck. as I got to the register there were two pairs there waiting for me of the color in the size that I was looking for. Can't thank her enough. The other associate when I did my return was extremely helpful and checking out at the register the associate was friendly and helpful.”
“I went to the store to purchase a dress. I have been here a few times and never had a bad experience but this past experience was over the top. The women who helped me was so kind, caring, and considerate. She made my experience so amazing! I don’t normally leave reviews, but after the amazing experience I had, I have to! I wish I knew her name so I could personally give her a shout out and thank her (I believe her name may be Ashely) but to the shorter girl with straighter hair working the closing shift Thursday night on August 28th, you are an angel and I thank you so much for your impeccable customer service!!!”

“It's not a big store like in any other location but the service is pretty good, the gentlemen on the floor are very nice, cashiers very professional and patience, I can't complain.I Got a great selection of clothes from Guess and purse. Great customer service. Definitely coming back. Also have a nice selection for Men and they were very helpful.”
“Hands down the best boutique on the Island! I was happy to finally find a shop that sells quality clothing that speaks to my personal style. No more making trips to Manhattan, Origin of Era is here! Besides the merch, the owner Renee is a delight! She is the friend you need to give honest opinions, style you, while getting to know so she can pull clothes for you! She's even personally contacted me to let me know that something I would like has come in. She is never a pushy sales woman, but your shopping bestie. She is very welcoming, sets up treats while you shop, hosts evens, and her Instagram Lives are so fun! If you have not visited the shop, hurry up and plan a visit.”

“While the store is impeccably clean and well maintained, Judy (I believe her name is), the checkout representative is almost always left alone with such a long line. This is not fair to customers, but to her, your own staff member, more importantly. While I was at the store two associates or managers were on the floor, and made eye contact but never greeted me or asked if I needed assistance, while the line continued to grow and they did not step in to relieve Judy on a Saturday afternoon. This has also happened while I shopped during the week as well. During checkout line peaks, other staff members or leadership should automatically come to Judy’s relief when they can clearly see she could use assistance.”
“Sales personnel was very helpful. Clothing line is unique and very tasteful. The store was running some good deals, so spent a bit, but saved a bit too off typical retail prices for that line. So basically, the good taste makes a good gift that well certainly please women of all ages and fashions.”
