“Surprised But Very Happy!
I did a thorough review search on this Shop & did not see a lot of positive feedback. But sometimes you just have to try places for yourself. This was my first time there.
To my surprise, I was very impressed. Went for an inspection which failed & from the reviews folks didn’t have a good outcome. My experience however was wonderful, they did what was needed to repair my car with new parts & passed inspection. Great job Ben & Staff.”
“These guys gives you the results you want when you are seeking to conduct business concerning wheel, tires, spacers etc. They will tell you what they can do for you and what they can't do for you and "no games" just to get a sale. When they tells you a time "that's the time" they are going to be there or to deliver your wheels; etc. If anything changes they will let you know a-head of time. Just know that their words equals their actions. "Great company."”
“I love this place! Have so much memories as a kid of waiting in the waiting room, using the worn out crayons on some scrunched paper, or waiting in the hot sun, listening to the impact drills, but never for too long, as the service was speedy and cheap. Just had a different type of vibe.”

So, I took my wheel and new tire to Tires R Us. 10 minutes later, I left with a properly mounted tire. If you need your scooter tire changed, this is your place.”
“This a testament to their honesty and integrity. I brought in my vehicle to have the brakes done because they were making noise. They told me I didn’t need brakes and added something to make them stop squealing. They could have easily just done a brake job and charged me for it. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic send your vehicles here!”

“I was shipping around quotes to repair a rim on my SUV. After several calls, I came away initially impressed how fast they replied and asked me to send pictures via text to assess the damage. They replied and told me to bring it in the morning where they can have it done the same day which was a big positive!Something to bring attention for others to know, other places required me to leave the car for 2 to 3 days and few others requested to put on the spare and bring in the wheel to drop off for service. I didn't want to be without a car for several days as I had plans coming up and needed to do important errands. I went ahead and chose NB Repair and they gave me a great quote then guarantee to make it look new again.I'm sure others had the same thoughts and skepticism, how can they have same day service and others need few days to repair a wheel to like new condition? Well, I came away impressed and any worries that I had was put to rest when I saw the finished repair!Wanted to bring attention that made me comfortable in using their services again. When the gentleman originally brought back the wheel to install, I noticed a very tiny dirt smudge as I pointed out to him. Right away they took off the wheel and gave it a touch up and corrected any concerns and looked great. Friendly staff, great prices and same day services, I was really happy and will be a repeat customer!”
