W Rahul! This location is wonderful, Ive never set up a new plan before and when it comes to phones it can get confusing with all the perks and options and such but Rahul did an excellent job explaining it to my family and I, being patient with us and setting us up with a great deal. We’ve even come back for followup questions and I love that he remembers us and was ready to help! Definitely recommend this location and would absolutely recommend Rahul any day!

This location charges customers who pay cash a fee for using cash to pay you phone bill and home internet service if ypu must pay in cash go to a corporate location not this one corporate location dont charge a fee for paying in cash as said by the employees working at this location save your money people

I visited the Verizon store today to pick up two cable boxes and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The service agent refused to assist me and, inexplicably, called the police simply because I was trying to get their attention. Instead of helping, the staff chose to serve another customer, completely ignoring my presence. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Verizon. I left the store without the cable boxes and with a very negative impression of their service.

Rahul and the team at this Verizon are great. Rahul made sure I got a great deal with my upgrade and that I understood everything before leaving. Very patient too! He wrote a complete breakdown of my options with all the pricing. Went above and beyond what was expected. Overall, a wonderful experience and would recommend coming to this location to everyone.

Rahul is the absolute GOAT! I’m not tech savvy so it was important for me to have someone who knew what they were doing. He’s super knowledgeable, took his time explaining things and walk me through the entire process. I’ll definitely be returning in the future for anything else I need.

I helped my parents upgrade their phones after 4 years and we had a great experience with the store manager Rahul. He was very transparent and friendly, made the process super easy, painless, personal, and helped us get the most savings. Plus this location had the new phones we were looking to upgrade to. I highly recommend this location.
