Same as all the other 1 star reviews. I'm a licensed Adjuster and know the laws for inspection. They said I needed new tires. 2 are brand new and 2 have 4/32 remaining tread. I donated my money for the oil change and filter that Acura just did. Unless you want to donate your money I suggest finding someone different.

Surprised But Very Happy!
I did a thorough review search on this Shop & did not see a lot of positive feedback. But sometimes you just have to try places for yourself. This was my first time there.
To my surprise, I was very impressed. Went for an inspection which failed & from the reviews folks didn’t have a good outcome. My experience however was wonderful, they did what was needed to repair my car with new parts & passed inspection. Great job Ben & Staff.

Ben and his staff are awesome ?? guys! I have been coming to USA since I was 18 years old. I love that they have the options to pay for a large bill every two weeks instead upfront. His staff is fast and knowledgeable.

BEN AT USA AUTO REPAIR IS VERY DISHONEST. The only reason I brought my car to USA is that it is open Saturday. I went in for an inspection, was told I would need to spend OVER $1,000 to pass inspection and was failed. I then brought it to my usual auto repair shop, passed and paid under $40.
I know how Ben will respond, that the place I went to is somehow illegitamate- The place I wound up using has been in business about THREE TIMES LONGER than USA, and has STELLAR ratings. They are as honest as the day is long.
At USA, with Ben at the helm, they are trying to rob people without a gun. This is the SECOND TIME Ben has attempted to extort me (about 4 years ago because I needed a minor repair and again, he is the only shop open on Saturday). He is VERY DISHONEST!
AVOID USA AUTO REPAIR AT ALL COSTS!

Do everything necessary to stay away from these scammers please don’t bring your car to them they will charge you a lot of money and still don’t fix the problem when you go back the owner will act like he’s doing something in reality nothing is being done I repeat stay away from this shop if I could give them zero star I would of becauthehbdint des1 star at all

My family and I have been coming to Ben for years with any car troubles. I unexpectedly got a flat tire today and they were able to help & replace my tire for me within the same day. Everyone is very nice and super helpful, they are trustworthy and I never have any complaints after I leave the shop!

Had them do exhaust work less than a year ago. Noticed a short time after my tip was hanging low. Looked under and the new exhaust pipe they used was completely rusted. Spoke to owner explained everything he said no problem come by well take a look. I told.him I just want my money back bc I don't trust them to fix right way. When I went in the owner wasn't there but the son was. Real prick. Gave me an attitude like I did something wrong. Ended up walking out bc he was getting confrontational

SCAMMERS!!!! Horrible place, My wife took our family van for an inspection and they said we needed 2 new tires, wheel fasteners and also told her there was a leak on the steering fluid pump and a whole bunch of other " visual safety fails" NO ONE Emission fail code. When I was able to check the car NONE of their visuals fails were true. They just wanted of take advantage of the situation.
DO NOT take your car here for an inspection they will try to get money out of you!!!!

Ben called me a liar on the carfax review where I gave him a poor review. He insinuated I didn't change my air filters after my last oil change and laughed when I said I did it myself questioning me three times when i said i You tubed it.Obviously a rude, sexist remark. Well I have the receipt from Advanced Auto Parts for the cabin airfilter purchased the day you changed my oil on 8-16-23. As I told you the engine filter was back ordered and purchased when it came in and put in the car. It sounds like you owe me an apology but I'm sure you won't reach out for that or to see the receipt.
