Irresponsible, thieves steal everything you send, even the children's clothes, they have no respect, do not send for this company. My God, I sent more than 7 boxes and nothing arrived, the cans were stolen, only 5 thieves left a box of 30 cans. Abusers, you make an effort and they steal it from you. DO NOT SEND FOR THIS COMPANY

Their drivers are the worst. Came into a gated community honking their horns, acting up, yelling slurred language in Spanish at other people. What's worse they don't have a license to drive.

I sent a refrigerator with two years of use and they delivered an old one that has to be defrosted every two days and they removed parts of the interior. I do not recommend anyone to send to THAT company, we are tired of complaining and they only say they will call.

I sent a box, and they came to pick it up on the second floor here where I live in Lindenhurst Long Island. And when the box arrived in Santo Domingo, they didn't want to take it to my mother to the second floor. Three men said it was too heavy, a lack of inconsideration. Invoice#23669 Van #72
Everything was going well until I filled another box, but my mother, a single woman, who will carry the box now? Where do you open the box on the street?

I sent 4 boxes, I was afraid because of the negative comments. But I have to tell you that everything arrived as well as I sent it. The only thing is that two of my boxes were dirty with oil on the outside. I didn't send oil, but apparently some oil was spilled near my boxes and dirty two. Everything arrived very quickly. It only took 17 days.
