This place is terrible! Every time I come here I always have a problem .A script was sent to this place early in the day. I went maybe 6pm and they said they had just got it. I called my dermatologist and they said no we sent it hours ago! This place is horrible.

Nothing like a neighborhood Mom & Pop shop. Kind, patient and very helpful. This team can teach CVS a thing or too about customer service.

WOWWW!!!! What caring, friendly people and great service. As a Fire Island resident needing an important prescription filled, I was unsure where and how to get it filled. Lucky me, I called Sun Ray Pharmacy and got special attention, a quick response, and my prescription filled and delivered to the ferry for pickup by me. Thank you!!!

Wonderful Pharmacy to go to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also provide great delivery service. They are far better than going to any other pharmacy stores.

Best pharmacy to go to. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They will answer any questions you have and take their time helping you. Unlike some of the bigger chains, I find their pharmacists not friendly and feel like you're treated as a number not a person. At Sun Ray they get to know YOU. They make getting your prescriptions easy and also offer delivery if needed. They have other services available like UPS drop off and a Notary. Also they have a copy machine and I believe may offer faxing, money gram or wester union. Just call if you have questions, they are always helpful. Highly recommend this place over the big chain pharmacy, they can work with you more than a CVS does. Support small business, trust me won't be disappointed!! I also shop there for my greeting cards, they are discounted. They have cute seasonal decor items when you walk in as well, sometimes you can't find Alot of places they will have, or old school toys I havnt seen in years they have a cute selection. They do sell medical stuff as well, from knee braces to all kinds of first aid stuff to home medical devices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!

First let me say just how thankful this place is not my pharmacy. I had to drop a package of for pick up at a UPS drop off location. I went online and found several near me. Unfortunately, this pharmacy was closest so I chose it as my package was time sensitive and needed to ship overnight. Google noted they open at 9 am so I made my way over around 9:30am. When I arrived I could see the gates were still down , lights on and the door was locked. I had my husband get out and verify the times they are open. The door had a sign that noted due to COVID-19 they open at 9am. Here we are and it's almost 9:50 am so I thought let me call. I called and a woman answered and I asked why they weren't open seeing as it was almost 10am. With no apology or explanation she responded, " we'll be open in a few minutes". I responded back, " exactly what is a few minutes as I needed to get this package dropped off and other things to do?". She responded, " about 10 minutes ". Forgive me if I am making a big deal of it but, my time is valuable and not only was the internet wrong about the hours of operation ( business is responsible to have that corrected) but so was the time noted on the door. I could have seen past all of that but the person who answered the phone came off unprofessional. Again. I am so glad this is not my pharmacy!. This review might save you from making a trip only to spend over a half an hour waiting for a business that should have been open.

I would love to give them 100 stars! My fiancé has been going here for years for his medications. However, I just went for the first time to get my Covid vaccine. I was so SOO sooo nervous and the staff calmed me down and were absolutely fantastic! I was putting off getting vaccinated because I was nervous and they made the whole process wonderful. Donna, Alicia and Sarah are awesome!!

Used to be the best pharmacy in town. My family has gone there for 50 years. No more. Not sure what happened to Roman but the new pharmacist has zero clue about customer service and thinks she is better than everyone. The rest of the staff is awsome.
