Customer Service was good. My son plays soccer and tried on some cleats which I’m storing in my mind for Christmas presents. Long story short we purchased grip socks and When I went to pay I only had cash and a large bill. The gentleman told me he couldn’t break my $100 because he just opened. I am assuming he thought because we only purchased a pair of socks the bill was fake? Idk but it’s 2023 purchase a bill maker pen etc. also, it’s the holidays people purchase items in cash. Your store should be prepared for those type of transactions.I didn’t want to return but to prove a point, I went to another store made a purchase and returned with a smaller bill to buy the socks. My original intention was to return without my son and purchase cleats for Christmas, however, I will patronize another vendor.

I love this store. Staff is awesome. Selection is great. I go out of my way to come here. Wish they had a north shore location but it's worth the ride.

Don't recommend this store. They are not helpful, especially for novice people buying soccer equipment for the first time.They dont educate customers on the cleats . Did not measure my cousin foot. Nor any recommendations. My aunt just spent $240 cleats for my beginner cousin who will grow out of them in a few months. A true soccer IQ sales person will recommend a lower price for a child of that age. Seems their idea is just to do a quick sales scheme for no returns policy. Their no refund policy is a joke. Because my aunt went back the same day and ask for a refund and / or store credit bc the heal area is too narrow was hurting his heal. They said they will give her store credit. They couldn't give it to her at the moment because the wifi was down" please come back another day. " so we did, and now they stated the cleats were worn.Don't recommend them at all. This is Not a store for any community. There are better Soccer stores than this on long island.

Simply put....THE BEST!! I have been shopping there for 3 seasons now. Each and every time I visit or call to inquire about sizing or product availability, they go above and beyond!! I want to say thank you to Kristin, who was extremely helpful as we were in a bind for a game the next morning. THANK YOU!!!!!! PS. I am 25 minutes away...It's worth the trip!!

The store itself is great, but the customer service and communication is very hit or miss. They post a lot on instagram, but take a long time to respond to product inquiries on there or over the phone, if they even do at all. The website also no longer works to view or purchase products like it used to, which can be annoying for customers that can’t always go to the store. To me it’s quite odd that the communication to customers is so slow and sometimes poor, when a small business would want to give customers a good and memorable experience that makes them want to return.

I sent my wife to get a Jersey and they were trying to sell her a non authentic shirt as authentic one and clearly it wasn't and they were pushing the sale because they saw this time she was a woman
