Wow, you really had my review removed, funny. Too bad that I payed attention. Will share my story again. My watch was missing a pin and needed it to be replaced, the man at the counter said that it would need to be sent off, I figured these are a dime a dozen but apparently not. Here's $50, come back in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I go to retrieve my repaired watch, there was no new pin because from what the cashier said "it was too complicated to find it", in lieu of putting in some effort, they mashed a small cotter pin inside the watch, which fell out 2 weeks later. I wouldn't bother removing this post, as copy & paste is still a function.

They work really fast, my watch was fixed in less then 5 min. Great customer service!!

Unfortunately I asked them if they sold the small watch batteries (since it’s a watch repair place). He sold them at $10 each, which are typically sold for $.50 each. If they are this dishonest with batteries I’d hate to see what they do with expensive watches and jewelry. Stay away from dishonest businesses like this
