I want to thank Xavier and his team in service at Newin's Bayshore Ford. There was a situation with my Bronco sport, and it was easy enough for Newin's to walk away from. Xavier and his team did the right thing and stood behind there work.

Parts and Service Department needs to be shut down until they figure their issues out. The fact that you have to wait for months to have parts swapped out is unreal and unacceptable.

will not be returning in the future. Manager is rude and does not hear customers complaints, not the way to run a business and it shows as their building hasn't been updated since the 70's.

they will lie to you about when you get your car back, told me within a week and was waiting for over 3 months. Bear in mind nothing changed there was no work added throughout.

Friendly staff, if you need ride while they fix your car they will provide you a courtesy ride to your destination. And when the car is done they will deliver your car to you. Awesome service

If you're local, do your self a favor, and drive 10 miles east to Sayville Ford on Sunrise Hwy. Trust me when I tell you, it's like going from HELL TO HEAVEN. You will immediately notice the superb level of professionalism, responsibility, and customer service. Quite frankly at Newins the reception, and the reception area is ghetto. I feel sorry to have spent so many years spending my money at this place. At Saville, as soon as you walk in you are greeted by a service professional that takes care of you right away and you get to wait for your vehicle in an air conditioned, comfortable, nicely decorated reception area. You also get to enjoy a nice hot beverage of your choice and the free Wi-Fi as well. Most importantly you get the assurance that the "Ford trained technicians" working on your car know exactly what they're doing and that they are not just making you change parts on your dime, like I experienced at Newins one year ago. I took my car to Newins Ford one year ago to diagnose a noise coming from the engine. They made me spend close to $1500 in parts and repairs that were unnecessary and the noise from the engine persisted. They took no responsibility for it and gave me a lot of talk to justify making me spend all of this money unnecessarily. Again, go to Sayville. Avoid Newins and avoid the hassle of paying for parts you don't need, and the incorrect repairs. Complementary bicycles and a drop off pickup service means nothing if the mechanics do not know what they're doing and the management staff is grossly unprofessional and totally unresponsive to customers concerns.
