The owner Wilson took such good care of me and my car... i had terrible stains on my car... see photos, possibly from bird poop and made sure all the stains were gone. He personally spent an extra 45 minutes to make sure my car was in the best shape possible! The service is A1 and this is clearly the best car wash in Bayshore ... line going down the block!!!! Thank you to all the professional staff at Mr. Suds.

I paid for the VIP car wash wasn’t VIP at all. Car came out dirty, told me break dust wasn’t to be cleaned and put clear coat right over it. Told them they barely touched my interior told me I need a detail… please see photos for what they told me I needed a detail on in plane site. I literally licked my finger by the trunk and wiped the dirt off and they now don’t clean break dust I didn’t “pay” for that whatever the short Hispanic gentleman taking the wash order stated. This is insulting for $42 wash

Wish I could give no stars. Used to get the VIP washes every week or every month but they leave so much untouched. Watermarks, streaks, they ignored the roof of my sedan, dust still on the dashboard, etc. Came here this morning and spent $20 on a poor job.
I had to, again, being my own microfiber towels, wipes, etc. and wipe off are the spots he neglected on my hood, roof, etc. Half-job not even worth the $20.
Everyone is treated like part of an assembly line here. Cashier inside is always miserable. I repeat, always miserable. It wasn’t even particularly crowded for a weekend morning.
After several years of basic washes, VIP washes, exterior vip washes, the works, body gloss, etc. I’ve had to up to here. Going to another place.

Boyfriend and I took our car for the most expensive option of detailing, the complete detail at almost $300. Whatever vacuum they used on the ceiling loosened the fabric at the front and made the entire thing droopy. It’s incredibly noticeable. I pointed this out at the time of pick up of my vehicle as soon as I noticed it and they (the detailer who did the work) allegedly called their manager (who wasn’t there) for assistance on how to resolve the issue. They told us that the manager would reach out to someone who could fix the problem for us, free of charge for the inconvenience.
It’s been weeks at this point since the service and no one’s called us to fix this issue. On two separate occasions, myself and my boyfriend revisited the car wash to figure out when we’d be contacted to have the issue fixed. The woman at the register acted like she had no clue who we were or what we were talking about, despite having our information on a post-it note.
Do yourself a favor and just don’t bring your car to be detailed here. Now we have an inner ceiling to fix, no thanks to them.

I've been going there the past 3 years and this was probably my last visit, it used to be the best option around but is getting worst and worst, wen there monday, wich wasn't to busy that I would say that's why took so long, I took both of my cars, on my truck the rims on one side (driver side) were clean, and the one on the front passenger side they barely cleaned it and rear passenger they didn't even touch, and on my sedan can clearly see where they didn't even pass the towel to dry or even clean, my 5 year old daughter will probably clean it better. Smdh

Have been using Mr. Suds frequently over the last 3 years and never had a problem until today. Brought in my 2024 Pathfinder that was purchased not even a month ago and noticed large scratches all across the touch screen. After speaking with the gentleman who detailed the interior, he directed me to someone else who then put me on the phone with someone else (assuming a manager or owner maybe) and was given the run around. “His guys have many years experience” “They use soft cloths” “The scratches must have been there already”
I’m the first to understand that mistakes/accidents happen, but these scratches are deep and this car is brand new. It’s just unacceptable. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation, no apology. I won’t be back.

i dont where to start, but these bad reviews just probably some mistake, its happens in every business. But i have been living in the neighbourhood for 5 years and using them over 3 years now. Workers never disappoint me. I had to write today because I took my big size suv yesterday car was really bad inside and outside, I didn’t except to be so clean but I wish i took the name of the worker he did a best job it was super clean. Did not expect it for the price of $55 a month. where my mobile car wash guy charge me $120 for almost to be exact lol.
