unfortunately i had to put a star. the worst auto body shop on long island! the owner is extremely cheap and stingy! when you get your car back, have a real collision shop go over it. this shop's overall work will infuriate you.

I scheduled an appointment for insurance photos on a new car first thing in the morning for a Carco inspection, and arrived on time. (BTW, in the past when I have done this, other companies have come to where my car was parked to do the inspection.) The staff member told me I shouldn't have bothered because it was raining. I asked why they hadn't called me to cancel, no one had told me about the raining policy when I had made the appointment, and I had driven out of my way to make the appointment. The verbatim response was: "we don't make any money on these, and we do a lot of them, so go somewhere else if you have a problem with it". The attitude was unpleasant to say the least. As far as Carco inspections go, I strongly recommend that you avoid this location..
