“A few weeks ago, Vick helped me get a new phone after half of the screen on my old phone went black. This man has the patience of a saint. We spent 40+ minutes trying every possible way to transfer my info from my old phone to my new one, which is not an easy task when you can only see half the screen. He finally got it and I couldn't be more grateful for his help.”

“What can I say….. Well Long story short after 4 days, 2 different stores, in 2 different states, and about 10 different reps from both AT&T customer/Tech support and Asurion support not one of them knew the problem that I was having with my apple watch not connecting to cellular until JAHMEZ.
Within 5-10 minutes of coming in he figured out what every expert and everyone else couldn’t. He handle us with expertise professionalism and he was so personable. He explained everything so thoroughly I wish they could clone him and put him to train and be in every call center/store. My parents also go to him now for anything and he always figures it out or gets the answer. Don’t go to any other store go to this one and see JAHMEZ he has the answers.”

“Thanks to the night crew that worked with Nick(Nicolas) . Nick was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond to help me out. Mind you I arrived to the store at 7:48pm and the mall was closing at 8pm that night. The whole process took longer he and the crew stayed until 8:50pm. Am so glad I stopped by. “I took a ride to Target to purchase Açaí super fruit packs. I bought the last one in the frozen food section. A young man (didn't get his name) was super helpful and looked up Açaí...told me aisle G19. So thank you for the fantastic customer service.As for Danielle, cashier 7. She needs to have training on her customer service skills. Too busy looking at her cell phone. Claims she wasn't opened then opened 1 minute later. Another bouffon who clearly doesn't enjoy her job.”
