Go anywhere else other than mattress firm they lie and over charge. Mattresses are not the same as showroom. Prices are cheaper other places they are worse than a used car lot. Horrific experience. Will be calling corporate office and the BBB next week. Hopefully they will help. Completely inappropriate. Con artists. They lie about being the only ones to sell this matress. 7300k bill and rock hard mattress and pillows that were not the ones I choose. Beyond draining and I'm tired of begging people to be decent and honest.

We needed a new twin mattress for our daybed where our granddaughter sleeps when she stays over. Michael was so personable and helpful guiding us to the best mattresses in a mid range price. We picked it up today to save the delivery and he brought it out to our car and loaded it in. Great experience and I wish every salesperson we encounter is as nice as he was. PS - the bed is so comfortable my husband said he could sleep on it when our granddaughter sleeps over and she can sleep with me and our pup which she always wants to do. Bonus lol.
