My 2017 Chevy Colorado fell off a lift and was totaled..it's been 3 months and still no payment from their insurance co....I have paid more than $ 3000 in rental charges that their insurance co was supposed to pay but now refuses to... I went there to get the transmission repaired, the guy at the front desk quoted me $xx for transmission repair. Once he opened the transmission, he told since it's too bad now the repair cost will be $xx +$1000.Of course, if the transmission is already opened, I can't do anything as I was locked-in. Had they told me the actual repair cost beforehand, I wouldn't have even gotten my car repaired, just sold it.I consider it as dishonest practice. Very dishonest. Mark is an appeaser and manipulator. Had to bring my truck back 3 times each time he told me it was something different. Eventually brought my vehicle to Habbys transmission in Hicksville where they diagnosed it. I went back to Lee Myles and threatened to go legal. They eventually fixed my truck correctly and called me to pick up my truck which was parked across the street with keys left inside and nobody available to talk with . Basically just get your truck and go. No final conversation nobody available in office to talk with me. Don't bring your vehicle there!!! I ended up renting a car each time which costed me over $3000.00 in total not including my fee for getting my transmission repair done... If they say they have no record of my service I will publicly post a copy of my receipt and best believe the Better Business Bureau will be getting a copy of my receipt as well?Service: Transmission

Mark and his team did an amazing rebuild on my transmission. After doing a routine flush at a Midas, Mark was able to diagnose the mistake they made and save me thousands of dollars on the repair. Can't say enough about what he did. I'll be back again.Services: Transmission repair

Marc and his people are awsome! I made the mistake of bringing my vehicle to a repair shop that did not do the job right. Marc and his people were able to diagnose and repair what the other shop said they couldnt do. I will never make the mistake of bringing my vehicle anywhere else again, i highly recommend for any diagnostic and repairs!

Wade is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The quality and level of service is unparalleled. I have used various other shops in the past always with undesirable results. I have NEVER had any issue with the cars that I have brought to this shop. I highly recommend anyone to use this business for their car repairs.

I have used this company a few times now with both of my vehicles. they are very honest when they tell you what’s wrong with car. they don’t try to up sell or anything. i have had only good experience with them. never had any hidden fees or anything. they are definitely recommended in my book

Excellent service polite and honest. I went to other auto repair shops and I was very discouraged. After speaking to them wasn't sure if I should keep my truck but after speaking to mark he gave me options and did not pressure me in any way. I followed his advice and now my GMC Acadia runs like a new car I am very happy.

Mark was amazing. I felt he was honest because he gave options that would not make him money. He provided me with valuable information to help me decide if it was worth fixing my transmission. Every shop should be this professional
