I was here @7am as they unlocked the doors because i have an early work schedule and needed to be in/out .I was greeted in a friendly manner from the Tech Mehvish that let me inside and then a hello from the receptionist . Both techs seem well alert and ready to start their day and seemed very attentive to all especially the little girl that was scared of getting blood drawn for the 1st time . Thank you Team Bay Shore !

The bathroom at this facility was not clean. There was no soap st sink and no paper or cloth towels. Hands could not be washed. The floor was dirty. And this was at 8 am!

Called to ask if I could walk in with paperwork from a job prospect. Was told yes, walk-ins available, no appointment required. Next day, drove 20 minutes there (with all of 5th Avenue traffic) to be told the opposite. Aren't all the staff supposed to be trained with the same information? I wouldn't bother calling first to ask your questions as you might get a different answer when you get there.

They pricked my 7 year old twice, which i get it happens but the huge bruises that were left were unacceptable. I’ve never seen an arm get like that before. The tech herself said she did a “hard prick”, blood was coming out while they were drawing the blood. Never again! Stick with Quest Diagnostics this place is trash!

I had a great experience! Made an appointment online for routine bloodwork and showed up about 20 minutes early. They checked me in right away and I was called back within the next 5-10 minutes! The employee who did my bloodwork, Mehvish, was super friendly and efficient! Would absolutely come here again!

Mayra at the Bayshore office was incredibly helpful on a very stressful Saturday morning. My 1 year old son needed to get blood drawn for the first time to be tested for tree nuts. The dr left off coconut which was essential being that it is in most products. Mayra gave me great advice to ask the doctors office to take a picture of the RX which was sent over via email since the dr office fax wasn’t working. Overall great service after a very stressfulMorning. Thank you very much.

This place was great. The young lady in the front was so nice. Before I went to this location I went to another one, and they were so rude- but this location much nicer! It didn't even take them more than 20 mins to assist me. Excellent!
