Easily one of the worst gyms I've ever worked out at. I worked out here for ~ 2 months before canceling. I don't think I've ever seen a weight in the correct location in this gym. It just goes to show the lack of care and attention the staff members devote to this gym, as well as a majority of the guests. It's frustrating and difficult to find the proper weights/equipment. Not to mention that such equipment is beat up and run down. Find a different place to workout at.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I love it. I like how they explain things to you and try to encourage you to be more healthier with Advice, and the people at the front are so welcoming. I love it. I don’t feel insecure and they’ll help you with your workout plan if you feel comfortable enough to.

Sauna never heats the way the is supposed to be machines haven’t got maintenance compared to LA IN LINDENHURST bay shore LA is garbage please do something to fix this issue sauna never works properly!!!
