Excellent customer service! I've been a customer of Kristins Fine Jewlers for 10 years. They custom made my engagement ring. James gave us exactly what we wanted. He worked carefully to give us the best quality diamonds. Gave them a visit yesterday for Rodium dip on 2 of my rings. The process was complete in 30 minutes. No hassles to drop off and pick up at a later date. Their new location in the Westfield Mall is beautiful. Smaller and quaint. They are located right next door to their Pandora store. Will be back!

Purchased an engagement ring from here and boy was my fiancé absolutely floored with how it came out. The salesman was extremely helpful and ensured me that the ant design that I saw or wanted they would be able to accommodate. He gave me calls updating me on the process and was able to finish the ring the day before they said! Had no problem holding it until I was available to pick it up. Never once was did I feel pressured into purchasing anything more or over my budget. Will absolutely be back!

My now ex fiance and I purchased our engagement rings and at first we loved them then when my ring lost a diamond within days of buying the ring he took it as ba omen our relationship ended shortly after 3 years 14 days of engagement. Asked to return them.. they wanted to give me store credit saying you can get rings from us next time.

Such an amazing experience here. Viola was incredible. My fiance and I went shopping to get our wedding bands and explained exactly what we wanted. We told her lol ur size and the first pair she grabbed out of the case were the ones we purchased! She helped us tremendously. We had been to other stores and they just didn't have what we had lo ur hearts set on. I also went there thinking it would b like every other store and the two solid 14 carat white gold bands would b like $2500 but not even close. We bought both rings and got them engraved (which only took a few days) for under $700. The engraving came out beautifully might I add. Anyway, i will never go to another jeweler ever again. Only Kristin's!!! Thank you for making everything so perfect and easy

This afternoon i walk in with my girlfriend to purchase a pandora charm when 3 white ladies that work there look at us coming in with a sarcastic look by the way we are spanish and i asked for a certain charm and they were rude and not polite at all i smelled and felt the racism its so sad this is probably y the store is empty this neighborhood is mostly spanish and blacks they will never get my business i hope the owner reads this

Very dishonest people. The owner James is Con Man. He has a very bad reputation in the industry. He refuses to pay his vendors. Stay away from them. Very bad people.
