This is based of the customer service. Christina went above and beyond to help me find a pair of capris for my mom when I wasn't having any luck. as I got to the register there were two pairs there waiting for me of the color in the size that I was looking for. Can't thank her enough. The other associate when I did my return was extremely helpful and checking out at the register the associate was friendly and helpful.

I love Kohl’s in general, but the Bayshore location is especially a great experience every time, the workers are kind, helpful, and rapid to get you out. I love the experience every time I go there.

Kohls in Bayshore is a fantastic store, not only are the associates friendly and make you feel like a valued client, the variety of merchandise is great! Although the store is busy with many customers, checkout is still speedy and the clerks are friendly and helpful with discounts and redeeming $ on the site and patient!

Very long line for checkout at 1pm. Two registers open, customer service had NO line so I went there to purchase my 4 items and the cashier was unkind and begrudgingly rang me up. When I worked in retail, everyone did their part when there was a long line and few cashiers. Guess that has changed too!
