“Great experience and staff. After horrible service at another location I decided to try bay shore. They help me resolve all my concerns. they didn’t have an item and when I told them I didn’t want to go to another store they said no problem we can order it here for you and let you know when it’s in. They did say it could take a bit if the item was sold out, but I’d rather wait than return to smith haven. I’ll gladly wait a few weeks. I left feeling great as they were so kind. They even offered and cleaned my jewelry for free without me asking! I will be back!”
