I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism I received from Caesar and his team! His knowledge of the mortgage process is unmatched. From start to finish Caesar made the mortgage transaction seamless and always had time to answer any questions I may have had. I had the pleasure of working with Enid twice now and both times she really hustled for us to get all of our documents and collective information to close. Buying a house is stressful, but feeling like you have someone really on your side advocating for you and pushing for you let’s you feel a bit relaxed and like you can allow them to take the wheel. I’ll admit, I am definitely an anxious buyer. I have a lot of questions and a difficulty time following along in the process, lol. But Enid was always there to answer any question, big or small, and always helped calm my nerves. Would definitely recommend JetDirect and definitely to ask for Enid!

Wasted time and money. I knew my situation wasn't easy but was clear on all my variables. I was only refinancing to lower years and interest rates so at the end of the day it wasn't profitable for them.

We closed on a house Dec 1. We were in contract in August. The whole time we were in contract Megan kept us updated on how the process was going and how dar along we were. Whenever we asked a question she was very quick to answer and was also quick to have follow up information. Was very easy to work with her during this exciting time.

My husband and I are so fortunate to have worked with Enid several times over the years. Buying our first home, refinancing, selling our home, and the purchase of our forever home. Enid is nothing shy of amazing. She has truly made our experience (especially mine) amazing and always calmed my nerves when I felt stressed. I can’t imagine having used anyone else for the mortgage process.

Enid and the Jet Direct team were a pleasure to work with. She took the time to educate me on the process as a first-time home-buyer, was very responsive to emails and calls, and was extremely accommodating and efficient. They made the process of uploading documents very easy, and were quick to assist when needed. I felt very confident in my decision to use Enid as my mortgage loan originator, and would highly recommend others do the same.
