In the past I had used several pharmacies throughout the years until I found Genoa and I refuse to ever use another pharmacy since. I also would give them a 10 star rating if it was possible-the staff is always so kind caring and extremely helpful . Medications are always in stock and ordered for next day if necessary. A staff member always answers the phone and kindly leaves me a message to let me know when a medication is ready! If I can’t make the trip to the pharmacy they mail my medications for the next day! I Couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy and they actually make the experience enjoyable. (Unlike most pharmacy dreadful trips )

If I could give a 10 star rating I would - I was going to another pharmacy for 15 years....I then had to switch I must say Genoa Pharmacy has the most amazing staff they are helpful,kind n very willing to help in any situation possible.... I'm so glad that I switched now I'll never go anywhere else !!!! I transferred mine n my whole families scripts there....Thank u to all the Pharmacists for taking care of my family n their needs when prescriptions are so very important ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

So far they are fantastic. In my opinion, this is how a pharmacy should be. There is no automated phone system and a real-life person answers the phone before the 3rd ring every time I call.

1 word- AMAZING!! Have been using them since 2017- Very convenient being part of family svc league so I can walk out of seeing my dr & go right there to pick up my meds. & u can fill anything there, doesn’t have to be from affiliated w FSL. I moved all the way out to middle island in 2019 & don’t drive, but they still deliver to me being 40 mins away- Majorly helpful!!Even besides all that- the staff is AMAZING!! Anna is the sweetest person u could ever meet. SO helpful & stays on top of things.As long as they’re open they will be my pharmacy, hopefully forever lol.. No matter what’s closer to me I will never switch to somewhere else. This is getting super long but I could go on forever with good things to say. DEFF recommend using them!!
