Busy intersection. Be careful driving in and out of there. Nearby school. Lots of police, especially during school opening and closing hours. Clean parking lot Trash cans never overflow. Be sure to join to Exxon/Mobil rewards program to get discounts at the pump. The minus one is due to the mediocre tasting coffee from the Keurig machine.
