I'm From Upstate, NY. Found a 2016 Chevy Trax online at the right price at Drive Auto Sales in Bay Shore, NY on Long Island. I dealt with a gentleman named Rafi and drove down to buy the car and drive it back to Upstate. Everything seemed normal, except the tire pressure monitor system was on when I left and when I got home I noticed a nail in the front tire. In addition, after visiting my local service center upon arriving home, there was a very small crank in an engine part called the "water outlet". I have purchased many cars from outside of my area and this sort of thing is very common when buying a used car, you get home and there may be a few tweaks that need to be addressed. The reason I wanted to write this review is because some dealers "walk away" after the car drives off the lot and stiffs you with any problems. Not these guys, they stood behind the car I purchased and worked through the small issues with me to get it right and I wanted to write this review to say thank you to them and to let anyone else know that Rafi and his dealership is a stand-up operation. I would buy again with confidence from them. Seems more and more rare nowadays that people are true to their word, these guys were great. Very happy with the car I ended up with and hope to get many years out of it.

Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Super friendly knowledgeable and gave me an overwhelming amount of confidence in my purchase. My new Mercedes GLE was serviced, detailed and washed when I came to pick it up included Mercedes warranty so excited highly recommend them to any car buyer I saved thousands over the Mercedes dealer. Rafi at Drive Auto Sales is the only car dealer that I would trust. I bought a car from him 3 months ago and I have been sending him referrals ever since. He goes up and beyond to make sure you get the best deal. After all the other dealers were playing games with not having the car in stock, or surprising me with last second fees I was about to give up. But I came across a nice, low mileage, late model BMW and the rest was history. Car was registered same day. Ask for Rafi, he’s the main man. THANK YOU DRIVE AUTO!

Got my car from here, don’t have much credit or anything like that but Rafi helped me big time!! Now I can work Uber and Lyft agin. He helped me get the TLC plate from my old car to the new Escalade great service here, low interest rate on the same day I was denied from GMC dealer on sunrise hwy.

All I can say is WOW!! Never had a car before Never even had credit before. Rafi is the man hooked me up beyond blessed. Definitely check this place out you will not be disappointed tons of cars to pick from all of them pretty much brand new.

Walked in to this dealership last week and got my self a new Jeep. Rafi was really helpful and even though I have been working on my credit they got me approved and in my new ride in no time. I am definitely coming back with my daughter when she gets her license next month. Would recommend to anyone !!
