“The negative reviews don't do this Chase location justice. The management Mike and Vanessa are very professional, kind, attentive and personable. The branch is always clean and the entire staff are very helpful. On many occasions I have gone to the drive up Atm and it always has issues, so I go to the drive up window and I'm greeted by staff members and promptly helped with my transaction.”

“Although the "1-800 number" told me that the branch close to me would have tellers available, they were wrong and the branch was closed. I bank at a few banks but could not find anything that was available on a Saturday. I went to the location at the MacArthur airport where another customer told me that the Bay Shore branch had employees working on a Saturday. I arrived, waited on line (moved fast) and explained my situation to a teller. He was not interested in assisting me and was quite short. I did not like his attitude and chose to speak with the representative at the lobby desk. I met with Fanny Mendez and she was outstanding. Fanny was patient, kind, helpful, and her main goal was to offer excellent customer service (unlike the teller that I originally met with.) A company should want people to brag about them and I am comfortable bragging about Fanny. She should train people on how to treat the clients that bank with you. She spent so much time with me and although I could not take care of what I intended to (no fault of hers,) I am glad to have met her and worked with her. I believe in providing both negative and positive reviews and I would have given a "5" but the teller had a poor approach to customer service. Thank you, Fanny. I hope you all stay safe and healthy.”

“I have 4 Stars because Capital One is lacking in bank branch locations. Otherwise, always a smooth transaction. Bayshore location has drive up and indoor ATMs available 24/7.I also like that many ATMs are free for cash withdrawal when not using the bank and there's an option at the bank to pick specific "bills" when getting cash out of the ATM . You can customize your cash withdrawal bills to fit all needs. They even have $1 options.”
