“This is based of the customer service. Christina went above and beyond to help me find a pair of capris for my mom when I wasn't having any luck. as I got to the register there were two pairs there waiting for me of the color in the size that I was looking for. Can't thank her enough. The other associate when I did my return was extremely helpful and checking out at the register the associate was friendly and helpful.”
“Macy's is nicer again, the store and staff have really put in the effort, and there seems to be more merchandise in stock again so its worth going in person. Its too warm, always, both in summer and in winter, so i never stay long. Don't care for the 2nd chance part of the store, doesn't fit with the environment and you can't return those items, should be a separate store. It cheapens the Macy's experience.”

“THANK GOODNESS THERE IS STILL A STORE That You can walk into and shop! OR You can simply place an order online & then they bring it to your ? ASAP! The first dress suits and heels I ever purchased were at JCPENNEY in 1986!! They still have unique, fun, professional and sexy clothes. You would really be surprised at some of the sale prices and the quality of their clothes. Here it is Almost 40 years later and I still love buying comforters, sheets & throw rugs from them. Last week I picked up 2 pairs of awesomely-priced boots, a sweater and a hot black boyfriend blazer!!! Prices were Amazing!! ? Here's a pic of the boots and sweater !! ( P.S. Don't copy me lol )”

“I took a ride to Target to purchase Açaí super fruit packs. I bought the last one in the frozen food section. A young man (didn't get his name) was super helpful and looked up Açaí...told me aisle G19. So thank you for the fantastic customer service.As for Danielle, cashier 7. She needs to have training on her customer service skills. Too busy looking at her cell phone. Claims she wasn't opened then opened 1 minute later. Another bouffon who clearly doesn't enjoy her job.”
