There is always a 10-15+ person line for the pharmacy. The "cashiers" will send you to self check-out and just stand there waiting if someone needs help or if you do need help, you will most likely not be able to find an associate to help you.

A pleasant CVS with fully stocked aisles and quick check out. This CVS has a nice atmosphere.
