This place has changed drastically. There is a punk named Justin who works at the pharmacy who called my mother stupid and told her to shut up. He's lucky I, my husband or my nephew's weren't around. Very disrespectful to an elderly woman.

Would be zero stars after today's experience. Will definitely go out of the way to avoid. The one and only front of store employee had 2 people in line at his register, 1 person needed assistance at self check out the other self check out was out of service and I needed the oil of Olay moisturizer unlocked. He called for a manager, she peeked out from behind a door and as he began to ask for help she closed the door.
First issue: having to ask for lotion to be unlocked...makes me feel like a criminal, waste my time having to find someone to unlock glass cabinet, and alludes to an unsafe environment.
Second issue: the management was a no show when her staff and customers needed her help.
Do better and I may return, will definitely steer clear and encourage others to avoid.

Because the 4 foot 8 meatball with glasses behind the counter has poor people skills and definitely needs an attitude adjustment

Just witnessed the manager Tara “correct” an employee in front of customers on the salesfloor. All because the man had them come up front, instead of calling. She had an attitude and I felt so bad for the worker. The worker Johnathan that got corrected is so nice and friendly, he didn’t deserve that. Unprofessional, manager.

I never thought I would review a CVS but service at this location is so bad I felt the need to. Will say pharmacy was great when giving my mom vaccines but never any cashiers and they have someone standing at the door but not one person at the register? Stopped going here and now go to east islip which is run much more efficiently
