I just wanted to say I had a good experience at crossbay bayshore. I recently went there to upgrade to an MT09. John the GM was a fantastic person. I would deal with him any day. He knew everything about the sale dollar for dollar. Worked with me on my trade in which was an MT07. Also saved me a couple of bucks on the overall deal. He also listened to what I was interested in. I told him I wanted a specific color. Less than 2 hours after I left, he called me to let me know he has the color, and I can pick it up tomorrow. Needless to say. I went back the next day to finalize the trade-in and signed the deal and rode off on my new bike. Great experience all around. Highly recommend!

The team at crossbay were all very professional and transparent. These guys know what customer service is all about. John the GM was straightforward and cool to deal with he didn’t play games and you can tell he enjoys his job getting his customers into a brand new machine.. Russell was awesome he got me set up with a brand new Yamaha jetski went over every little feature on this thing and really just made the whole process super easy and smooth. Definitely will be back to Crossbay in the future!

I just purchased a Zx-14r and had a great experience with Crossbay. Russel always called me back and John was super helpful and also returned my calls promptly as a customer would expect. Frank in the finance department guilded me through the process again calling me and keeping me updated. After a week of back and forth we are now friends. Thank you.

Don’t even bother. This place wants close to $3k in fees for a bike listed at $6,333 online with no care to negotiate. Because it’s “discounted” they tack on higher fees. At one point I was given the excuse it was a “misprint”. Meanwhile minutes later I was told “yeah well it’s discounted because we have an order for 2025’s coming in.”
And now after this conversation (with John the “sales manager”) they raised the price.
Go to Hicksville, they actually work with you.

Long time customer several bikes bought there just got of the phone with someone in parts rude and blew me off what the heck is going on in this world unbelievable I buy a new bike every 2 or 3 years like most motorcycle enthusiasts but it will never be there again and I’ll pass this on to my riding buddies there are other choices I am known by most of the guys there but not this guy oh well Mr Vargas to buy a sports bike like that as your first bike is irresponsible did they try and steer you to a bike that better fits your experience? I hope you are still alive and well it is not a toy and requires a fairly decent amount of experience and understanding how to turn brake etc the so called game gets less forgiving as the speed and power increases
